The shopping and purchase of our vehicle was a smooth and easy process. We were in the market to find a Chevrolet Equinox, and Enterprise Car Sales of Louisville KY, had a selection to choose from, and at a fair price. Our Sales Consultant, Vincent Brocato, treated us well throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and treated us fairly. We are senior seniors, and were not pressured to make the purchase. It was our choice throughout. We are glad we took our business to Enterprise Car Sales.

No pressure tactics! Enterprise personnel are considered consultants and they really. They listen to your needs and inquire on your wants in a vehicle. My consultant, Vincent, was all this! The whole team was great!!!

Tons of Service and Repair Needed 2 Days After Purchase

The salesperson, Lora was great! I want to exempt her from this statement. However, 2 days after I bought my vehicle the check engine light appeared. I was informed by the dealership to take it to Ken Towery, in which for 3 days I received the run around without resolution. I spoke to the dealership manager several times and was verbally told that my vehicle is up to date on all routine maintenance and had zero recalls upon sale. One week later, I received conflicting information from the BMW service department which stated that I needed over $3000 of routine maintenance, repairs and that the car did indeed have a recall. I emailed the local Enterprise branch as well as corporate/customer service email addresses, giving them a chance for resolution. I have received no contact beyond a local level and no solution to the issues which began only 2 days after having the vehicle in my possession. Does anyone know how to contact someone higher up the chain?

The sales associate was absolutely fabulous the door was nice and clean that's a plus to me and very patient and explained it very well and was very quick test drive and paperwork was 45 minutes to an hour and I was out the door thank you to me baseball Rogers

Easiest car purchase I've made!

I would like the thank the team at the Salem Drive, Owensboro, KY rental location Tim, Quillan & Reggie were great at helping me find a car sales location when my car died. Didn't realize they sold cars at Enterprise, I've rented from them a lot over the years. They referred me to check out the sales location in Louisville, it was the closest to me. Best car buying experience I ever had, it was a quick and easy process. Would recommend it to anyone, no haggling, prices are posted. I searched their site online for the type of vehicle I wanted, I spoke with Aaron Zintzun, who helped me get the vehicle I saw online. Thanks for the experience!

Yes!! I highly recommend!!! The sales staff extensive knowledge was so reassuring during the whole process! We had a unique situation but Samantha Anderson, a member of the sales staff, never gave up or quit trying to make sure we got the van our family desperately needed. She was patient, kind, and never complained about my many calls, emails, and questions! She made us feel that she was truly on our side and like we were her only customer (even tho I know she had many more she was helping at the same time). Shout out to Michael Robinson for his assistant. And to Blake Weeks for getting us over the finish line and making the signing a breeze! We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

I'm a recent college graduate and was in the market for my first car. My family and I had the pleasure of working with the lovely Erica Tharpe and our experience couldn't have been any better. Buying a new car can be super overwhelming but with her warm and inviting personality, her extensive knowledge and her comforting patience during the whole process, she made this brand new experience a breeze! It was such a blessing to have her as an agent and a facilitator in this new stage of my life. The business needs more people like her and Enterprise has found a gem in their midst! If you're looking for beyond great customer and looking for your next ride, Enterprise is your business and Erica is your woman! Buying a used car can be scary but with Enterprise you know that the rental fleet car is well maintained. Plus no haggle pricing it's almost like buying a new car but for thousands less.
