Terrible business

I traded in my 3 month old 2019 VW GTI on 9.3.19 to BMW and signed a deal for a 2018 new with 2500 miles BMW 340i XDrive with Christopher Pike, Zach Bell (Manager) and JP (Finance) for a better term with similar payments on a higher amount. 3 weeks later now and they haven't paid off my VW. They are now attempting to get me to add a co-signer and likely accept new rates etc. The worst part has been they haven't contacted me at all. If it weren't for the finance mgr from Bachman VW letting me know my warranty refunds were ready once BMW paid off the trade I wouldn't even have known. I've retained John D Cox attorney at law and I will not do business with BMW of Louisville in the future.

I purchased a car from them and after signing the paperwork they informed me that the second key was at their other location and they would get it and I could pick it up the next day. I showed up the next day and they said they didn't have time to look for it and they would call me or drop it off when they found it. I waited a week without hearing from them so I called and they informed me they still didn't find it and they would check with their manager and order a new key if they couldn't find it and they would call me back. I waited another week without hearing back so I called again, same story, they would check with their manager then call me back. It had then been 3 weeks since my purchase and they still had not called me once with an update so I called again. This time they admitted they never had the second key and offered to split the cost with me and order a new one but they would have to check with their manager and call me back. It has now been 6 weeks, I have called multiple times and left messages and they have not returned my call once. It is clear that BMW of Louisville only cares about making a sale and the second you sign the paperwork you are irrelevant. I was sold a car with two keys and they failed to fulfill.

Outstanding Buying Experience

I purchased a 2015 X5 from this dealership and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, my sales associate, Wayne, went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. Even after my purchase, he made sure to follow-up and find out if I had any questions about the process or any questions about vehicle features. I will absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealer in the future.

We just walked in and were not looking for any sales person in general but got lucky and ran into Lisa Rice. She made the entire process feel like she was there for us no matter what questions we had. I really like her non typical sales approach to buying a new vehicle and would recommend using her.

I ordered my BMW 328i from Sam Swope BMW Louisville and I was told the car is 4 days from entering US customs. It turned our that the car was not so close to delivery. Four weeks later the car was shipped to Louisville. I wish the sales agent made that clear that the car is still so many weeks away from delivery and I would have waited for 2013 model but all it good. I ended up taking delivery of my 2012 BMW and I'm happy with my car choice.
