Patriot Chevrolet is Truly the Best!!!

Patriot Chevrolet, GMC, Buick in Hopkinsville, KY is the best I've worked with in 33-years. Gene, the General Manager, is amazing and he has stood up a team that is unparalleled! He treats you like Family and so does his team!. Our Salesman, Jason Baggett, was an expert and helped me find the right car for both me and my Family! Cortez the Floor Manager helped us on our trade in - both with the best price available and also understanding how the amounts influenced the final price. A gentleman by the name of Zach helped us with our GM and ONSTAR accounts along with all the technical details - he is a great utility man and subject matter/technical expert for the dealership. The process was finished off by the most professional Finance Officer I've ever came into contact with - Nate. He explained everything in the multiple documents required to finalize the sale and trade. We could not have asked for better! Gene was with us every step of the way from the time we stepped onto the dealership through our final steps with Finance - to include being taken care of after the sale with questions and follow ups for tags and registration questions as a military member! Patriot Chevrolet is a great group of people that care about their customers and GM/Chevrolet is represented here at the ground level displaying the professionalism and quality of the brand guaranteeing the reliability of their fantastic vehicles!

I feel like I kind of drop off the face of the earth when I buy a vehicle. A follow up phone call from management asking if I have any further questions or when I will be getting my chip would be great. I also should not have to chase down the person to clean my vehicle as I was promised they would detail the new truck I just bought. I also don’t like that I was told they had to drop the extra warranty policy I was used to having at the last ministry to get their deal through. They were willing to sacrifice on my end but not theirs. Not happy about that.

Run Away From Patriot in Hopkinsville

I just spoke with Scott about a sale that included my car on June 1, 2014. My car, a vehicle in my name only was used for a transaction involving my husband's purchase of a new vehicle there at Patriot Chevrolet in Hopkinsville. My only stipulation in this transaction was that my car be paid off and that my name would appear on the title. It took over 15 days and 3 payoff quotes before the loan was paid for and my name is NOT on the title. After complaining to both Scott and Gene C over the weekend Mr. C assured me that something would be worked out and that he would contact me on Monday. Well Monday is here and Scott and not Gene has called to tell me that there is nothing that can be done. I am completely disappointed in Patriot over this transactionand intend to contact the Attoney General as well as my attorney over this matter. I was assured that my name would go onto the title by the salesman Cedric or I would have never signed the title over on this transaction. The only interest Patriot Chevrolet has is selling their cars. Customers do not count. The entire transaction was done in my husbands name with mine being completely omitted.

I went to Patriot after having a really negative experience elsewhere. I have used their service department 3 times now and they have been friendly and helpful each time. They seem to be kind of slow compared to what I am used to for service (especially basic work like oil changes), but they did make accommodations for me to have a rental car when they needed to keep mine longer than expected. Overall, I am happy dealing with them and it's worth it for me to drive from a neighboring city, to have my car serviced here.
