I went to Patriot after having a really negative experience elsewhere. I have used their service department 3 times now and they have been friendly and helpful each time.
They seem to be kind of slow compared to what I am used to for service (especially basic work like oil changes), but they did make accommodations for me to have a rental car when they needed to keep mine longer than expected.
Overall, I am happy dealing with them and it's worth it for me to drive from a neighboring city, to have my car serviced here.
