Car buying made easy

The people at Bosack go out of their way to make buying a car or leasing a car a smooth process. I bought several cars from Bosack and have always been happy with their sales team. I’ve had an especially excellent experience with Dave Kelly with the lease of my newest car. I have to add that the service department has always been very responsive and respectful of my time. The service manager, John, as always gone out of his way to help me and has saved me money from time to time.

Unfortunately the problem is unresolved because the system did not throw codes and went undetected with testing. However, I was very pleased with the Service Writer Dylan. He took ample time to discuss the issues with me and what to do going forward. It was greatly appreciated.

Magicians!

The magicians at Bozak Honda pulled a gorgeous red CR-V Touring hybrid out of their hat for us (sooo hard to find), and we couldn't be happier. The car is great, but better still was the buying experience. The salesman was funny, knowledgeable and took time to explain all the features. The business office heard me when I said I was tired and hungry and cut to the chase on extended warranty options. Can't recommend them all enough!

Best Honda Dealership in the area!

This is the second time I traveled from chicago to have my repairs completed here. They are knowledgeable , quick, communicative and friendly. I own two Hondas and will undoubtedly call Dylan or John when I have issues. Great job guys!

Our sales person was awesome, I would highly recommend her! However, when we sat down to discuss the terms of the sale the price for the car was 1,000 higher than what was listed online and there were nearly 2,000 extra in fees. I will say our salesperson, Jordan, was highly knowledgeable and honest, and the dealership was willing to negotiate and work with us.

Purchasing a New Vehicle in Difficult Times

Our Sales Consultant was easy to work with. This dealership was recommended to me by a family member that had bought several cars throughout the years from them. I ordered the vehicle on March 12, 2022 and finally received it on June 16, 2022 due to the back log of Honda manufacturing vehicles and trying to obtain parts etc. from vendors. The only thing I disliked was my price for the vehicle I ordered was locked in when I ordered the vehicle on March 12th and was guaranteed, no matter whether Honda changed their pricing in the mean time, I would be charged the price that was giving me on March 12th.. When I went to pick up my vehicle the Dealer wanted to charge me the new pricing rate from Honda since it had increased since March 12th. I was definitely very disappointed in this approach. However the Dealership honored the lock in price that was giving me on March 12th and we were able to purchase the car for the original price that I was quoted. If the Dealership would of not honored my locked in price, I believe they not only would of lost me as a new customer but my family member(who recommended) this dealership would of ended any future purchases with them. Thank the good lord we were able to purchase the vehicle for the price we were quoted in March. It's tactics like this that give car dealerships a bad reputation and it makes the consumer doubt the trustworthiness of car dealerships when buying vehicles. Bosak made good on this deal.

Don’s the Man!

We had a great experience at Bozak. Don was super helpful and moreover patient with us throughout the process. We’re really happy with whole thing. Car is great and I didn’t feel rushed into anything. Sales was super informative and friendly. At the end of the day, Don is just a fun guy to hang out with. In this fast paced world of hula hoops and iPhones, that’s tough to beat!

Maximum retail price is 27163 plus title and taxis but they broke their promise and charge me for extra package and something 300 I say I don't need it then and then they charge me if they need my car back I'm ready to give them back right now. Because this is totally wrong I am paying MSRP and taxes and title I'm not ready to buy with their own packages so they can take my car back no problem thank you. If they are doing this thing I'm never recommend anybody any friend and all wrong business
