I have now purchased six cars from Royal on the Eastside and that alone should say a lot about my overall feeling about my experience. Vadim and Jared have always been a huge help in meeting my needs and not applying too much pressure in the process. Even though buying a car can be a stressful process, they have always worked to make it as bearable as possible. We also enjoyed the easy demeanor of AJ in the finance department. He helped move things quickly and was great to talk to as we completed the purchase.

Vidaal was very upfront, and honest. I felt the entire time that I was being dealt with fairly, and there was no pressure to make a deal, everything was at my own pace. They took my trade in, gave me a quote on one day and honored it the next day. I have had different experiences at other dealerships, so I was very very happy with my experience.

It was truly the best car buying experience I think I've ever had ! I sent a text to take a test drive and with in a few minutes Ryan Smiley got right back with to my surprise because it was about 8:30 in the evening. We set up a test drive for the next day and Ryan was able to meet us with the car ready in front to drive. Outstanding customer service between Ryan and AJ in your finance department. I looked on line at several dealerships across the state and found the car on your lot. I will be sixty in June and this was a " Bucket list " car for me and Ryan and AJ made that happen ! I couldn't be happier with my new car or the experience that I had at your dealership! Thanks so much Ryan and AJ!

I knew what car I wanted. Chris Perantoni was able to get the car and he was my point of contact. I drove 2 hours to purchase my car because of Chris. Ryan Smiley made my wife and I feel comfortable with the car. He answered all our question and checked on us after we left the dealership. AJ Pappas helped us feel comfortable financing the car. He was a funny guy and was making my wife feel comfortable with his humor. All three of these guys were great to deal with at Royal on the Eastside. Vadeem and company walked me through every stage. Incredibly helpful. Kind. Frank. If you are interested in a VW, Subaru, Audi, these guys are very reliable. From manager Jared through the ranks, it's a very well run operation. No pressure. I came a couple of times. Had all questions answered. Walked me through it.
