4th Ford from Haggerty Ford Inc. in 9 years

I cannot say enough about the people over at Haggerty Ford Inc. My wife and I have changed cars several times over the past 9 years due to our ever-growing family and needs. Each time they have accommodated us in every way. They allow us to look at every car and every trim level within that car segment. They are always willing to let us test drive several different variations to ensure my wife and I are happy with what each car has to offer. We have also been allowed to take the car to our house to ensure it fits in the garage with our other vehicle. They are extremely friendly as well. Some dealerships make you feel like you are just there for the sale, it’s very cut a dry. Not the people over at Haggerty! “Bugs” who has been our sales representative over the last 3 purchases, goes above and beyond for us. He reaches out every few months to ensure we are still happy with each of our vehicles, he stops us to say high when he sees we are in for service, he remembers our kids’ names even after 2+ years since seeing them the last time we bought something. Most recently, we picked up a 2023 Explorer Timberline. “Bugs”, worked with us to get within our budget, helped make sure the financing was broken down to the “T” so we could see what each option would be over the term of the loan and helped entertain the kids while my wife and I looked things over. Once that sale was complete, the team at Haggerty stayed well past business hours to help us get everything transferred from the old car to the new one, help my wife set up her Ford Pass and was willing to stay to help her set up the car as well. We told them it was okay, and we had it from here but it’s the willingness to stay that makes the difference for me here. The service department staff is the same, they are always willing to listen to me, and let me finish talking even if they already have an idea of where I’m going with my conversation. They remember me every time I drop off my car for an oil change or tire rotation. The team over at Haggerty just get it, they understand that buying a car isn’t easy for everyone and they make it feel like a partnership rather than just another sale.

Excellent Service

I brought my car in for service. I had just left another Ford dealership and they stated there wasn't anything wrong with my AC. Eric Miranda listened to my issue with the car. 2 hours later my car was fixed and the AC works great! Great service department!

Always pleasing service results

I'm pleased with just how welcoming and friendly everyone is, from sales to the service department to the cashier. Always professional. And also I've never felt like any work was performed that didn't need to be. No surprises or hard sells on services. It's visits like this that keep me coming back -- and also now resulting in my wife's car being dropped off for servicing this Friday, even though it was bought years ago and not a Ford or from Haggerty. It's that level of trust in services.

Comfortable and Trustworthy Experience

We loved shopping with Haggerty Ford. We kept saying that we were very comfortable with the experience. It was the easiest and most pleasant car shopping experience we've ever had. First, Tara was very quick in responding to our inquiry about the vehicle we were interested and also very down to earth and kind in her emails. John Czech was our salesman and he was so incredibly nice, down to earth, and did not pressure us. He really wanted to make sure we loved the car before we started talking numbers. Chris Lucarelli made the haggling process very easy, we feel we got a great deal on our vehicle and trade. We also got to talk with Jack Emerson, the general manager, who went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We are definitely very happy with our purchase and would recommend everyone at least check out this dealer for their next purchase. They will certainly be our first stop for any future car purchases! Exhaust emissions test

I was VERY IMPRESSED that I did not get charged because you did not find a problem over my failure to pass my exhaust emissions control test. I went back there had it retested and go figure I passes. So something must have been wrong on their end on the first test.

Everytime I make an appointment with the service department they are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I live a good 45 minutes away and there is a Ford service department 10 minutes away but the service I get here, keeps me coming back!

Everyone was pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing. However, when I called to make the appointment, I would have appreciated knowing they were also going to perform recall work. My hour long oil change morphed into 2 1/2 hour wait--in the middle of my work day. My only alternative was to schedule a second appointment, take the time to get there and back again...

Great experience

I stopped by the dealership assuming I would have to make an appointment. But, they said they could take me right then if I could wait. Waited and the truck was done in an hour or less. I should mention that I have a maintenance package on this vehicle which includes some seat filters and wipers they changed those out also except for the passage seat filter which they didn't have in stock but gave a rain check for it all I have do is take it in and they'll change it too. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you

The diagnostic and repair fixed the issue. The only part that I struggle with at Haggerty is an unreasonably high labor charge. This is the main reason why I don't bring my car to Haggerty more often.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager came out later and told me that I needed a new lug nut( he showed me the bad one)and also needed to replace my windshield wiper blades. I agreed to both and when it came time to pay (over $78);it was all free due to my Owner's Advantage account balance. They also washed my car for me too. It doesn't get better than that! Thanks Haggerty Ford!
