Great purchasing experience at the dealership. The salesman, Al, went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He made an offer that was an out the door price and no hidden extras. I paid cash for the car so financing was not involved, nor was there a trade-in to consider. An option was offered for an extended warranty, but I wasn't pressured to purchase it. It all was a very expedient process and I appreciated it very much. This was at least the sixth car my family has purchased from Schaumberg Toyota.

I like taking my Tacoma to Schaumburg Toyota when I need service. It's a good experience and I know that Toyota Techs are taking care of any issues that arise. My Service Writer, Steve, is also great at keeping me in the loop on what needs to be done everytime I come in and checking in while I'm waiting for the services to be complete. Thanks guys!!
