I had my oil change and tire rotation a week ago. As they were doing a all points check up they told me that my tires were around 50%. I was aware that my tires had a defect as I had been told on previous visits. I was told it was on certain 2019 Equinox's and that I would need to pay for 1 and the other three would be covered. Can't say I was happy with that arrangement since I have low mileage on my vehicle. I thought when I purchased the vehicle I had 60,000 miles Michelin Tires. On my last visit, I was told that I would only get a percentage of a replacement tire from GM. Totally different than what I was told previously. I have just over 23,000 miles on my car. Should my tires be at less than 5/32? I was also told that I would only get some assistance until 9/2022 as that is when my warranty expires. It is quite evident that the tires are faulty and very unhappy that I will need to replace out of my pocket. Very hard to recommend your dealership when you say one thing and then another advisor tells you differently.

Charlie is the best salesman . . . very customer oriented, knowledgeable, and direct with factual answers. The service department is very customer orientated . . . gets your car in for servicing in a timely manner, advises you of any potential problems, and takes care of the issues you authorize quickly. We have been customers of this dealership for 40+ years and the consistancy of good service has been maintained well.

My girlfriend and I went to Ray Dennisons in the hopes wed be able to get something good enough, and we went away with a great car and a great experience. Chris Kamp was above and beyond the archetypal salesman - he was genuine in his friendliness and help to find the best car for our needs, and cemented Dennisons as our go-to.

Oil leak repair

Kathy in the service dept I feel went above and beyond the normal service I’ve received at other places. She reviewed my service contract and contacted the company. She went to bat for me and recd approval on the repairs. Which should not have been an issue. Thankful Kathy was there and took the time to give me a great customer experience.

I recently bought a 2016 Chevy Camaro from Bridgid O'Neill. Great sales professional. She knows her product well for just beginning in sales. Charlie, the F&I manager, was fantastic. He worked and helped get me approved. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and pleasant. I complained about a problem with the chevy Malibu that I purchased. It shimmys and shakes between 15 to 20 mlies per hour. I have read other reviews about the same thing with the same response from maintenance people They need to take more time and figure it out
