You can walk-in the door and be treated with respect and know you’re not going to get brutalized by the process. Margaret and Arnie the Sales Manager plus Tran the Finance Manager couldn’t have done it better than they did. We were first time buyers at that dealership.

Dan Nozari is the best sales consultant I have ever come across. He was straightforward and honest from the beginning. I had some prejudice about car salespeople before meeting Dan. Now I know that there are good people out there, and Dan is one of them. I highly recommend Dan to anyone in search of a Toyota car. He genuinely cares about his customers and their needs. Thanks to Dan, we drove away in the exact car we wanted (we didn’t even pay a single penny extra and had no additional accessories), and I couldn't be happier with our experience at Bredemann Toyota. Most Excellent Experience

Was looking to replace my car with nearly 150K miles and decided on a Corolla. We went to Bredemann Toyota and were very happy that we did. Dave Lurie greeted us and helped us with getting a new car. He was well versed about Toyotas and answered all of our questions. Never was there any pressure and everything seemed transparent. No gimmicks or charging over MSRP. Dave really went to bat for us in finding the car we wanted keeping us informed as cars became available. When it came time to purchase the car, Tran Nguyen in finance made the process quick and simple. It was pleasure doing business with Bredemann Toyota.

I was looking for a new car to replace my 18 year old Toyota Camry. I dealt with Jerry Giec for the entire transaction, and found him to be helpful, informative, and straightforward. He reviewed the options, told me how long I should expect to wait for the car to be delivered, and came through before the promised date. He was not pushy in the least, and didn't try to foist options I didn't need. He was also able to get a reasonable price for my trade-in. I would be very happy to buy another vehicle from him.

I have look at most Toyota deals hood from Wisconsin and throughout Chicago. I have found Bredemann to be the best. As always Patsy was incredible and patient with me. She also looks out for her customers. This has built confidence and trust. I would not go anywhere else if possible.

I have purchased many cars over my lifetime, but found this dealership the most friendly and helpful in making car buying an enjoyable experience. Especially enjoyed working with Sales Consultant Henry Oliveros who was extremely helpful in finding the dream car I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Syed Hussain, our salesman, went way beyond normal attention to ensure we got a quality substitute for the car we originally ordered well in advance of its scheduled delivery date. His patience in explaining the workings of our new Highlander Hybrid was commendable, and he made the entire sales experience a pleasure.

Jerry Giec and the entire team at Bredemann are true professionals, follow through, were trustworthy and truly outstanding through the entire process. This wasn't the typical see it buy it in a day and over the past couple of months the hard work and dedication was impeccable to say the least and i have bought many many vehicles from all brands under the sun. Bar none the best experience I have ever had period.

SErvice Advisor and supervisor not friendly

Service advisor Andy Maravola was more interesting socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyota manual the oil need to be changed, but because is free he said is 10000 miles, but after the 2 free years of manintence is finish, they want to change the oil every 5000 miles because you have to pay the dealer, Supervisor Mike Cooper not too friendly and rude hang up the phone conversation, I guess will take my business somewhere else

Good Experience at Bredemann Toyota

It's a tight market for both new and used cars. But Bredemann had what I was looking for in stock. Moreover, they treated me with courtesy, fairness and respect. After I'd selected a used vehicle, my rep took the time to accompany me to my mechanic for an independent appraisal of its condition. The car passed with flying colors and I wound up purchasing it that afternoon. The real test, of course, will be how it holds up over the next five years. But in terms of the sales experience, I was quite pleased.

Pleasant experience

We needed a new car, and since Bredemann Toyota is the only family-owned Toyota dealer in the area, we came here first and did not need to shop anywhere else. Arturo Garcia was amazing, explaining everything is detail, showing off every feature on the car and making the whole experience very pleasant. We're very happy with our 2021 Rav4! We'll probably need a 2nd car in a couple years, and I'll go back to Bredemann because they know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend Bredemann Toyota and stellar sales consultant Arturo Garcia!
