Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint was how long it took (a little over 3 hours) to purchase the car - even when I booked an appointment ahead of time and came prepared with all necessary documentation on my end.

From the moment I walked into the Naperville Mercedes dealership I was greeted by the Sales Manager and asked the purpose of my visit. I was then introduced to a sales associate who would be able to tell me all the details I would need to know to make an informed decision about purchasing a new car. The entire team was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough on all the details of the Mercedes 2024 E Class. I enjoyed the whole experience.

Remarkable Experience at MB Naperville

I always have an excellent experience with the service dept. This time addl work required that required leaving the car overnight. I was offered a loaner without asking. Received a call the next morning the car was ready for pick up. In addition, MB Npv provides excellent customer service in all departments based on my many years.

Service advisor Manuel and Nick

Regarding a warranty on a crankcase vent. We now live in Iowa and truly miss the great service relationship I had with Auto Nation. My check engine light came on using an independent Mercedes Benz service center they fixed the problem. I received a warranty letter from MB. Called the Naperville MB dealership spoke with Nick who spoke to someone in warranty,saying the repair would be covered . We were in the area 10/19/23 met with Manuel with several yes and okays he made a copy of my service invoice and sent it in to warranty dept and said I will or should receive a refund in four to six weeks. Amazing and many thanks!
