A PORSCHE IS THE REAL DEAL!

In my life time of purchasing 7 brand new cars Porsche Exchange was the best experience by far, LITERALLY! Taking the hike from Hyde Park to Highland Park was worth it and then some. My salesman, Nick’s professionalism was astounding. He assisted me through making decisions, explaining differences between the various Cayenne’s and he always responded promptly when I contacted him. His individual training to learn my 2023 Cayenne S Coupe Platinum Edition for a full hour or more was amazing. The Porsche Exchange facility is absolutely beautiful. You won’t be in any rush to leave. Please take the hike to PORSCHE EXCHANGE in HIGHLAND PARK! The final paperwork with Rosco was a breeze, no pressure. Rudy, Hyde Park

Awful sales experience from manager Faris Nijim

Faris Nijim the sales manager is full of Lies and incompetent. Stay away from this place at all cost, this place is rude and arrogant. I order a car from Exchange Porsche and the sales rep Steven was good. The arrogant sales manager Faris came in and became very rude and used abusive language when I asked for a modification of the order and refused to do take any action and instructed the sales agent to not communicate with me. He proceeded to cancel my order because I reached out to Porsche North America. Porsche confirmed that the sales manager did know know the procedure to request the modification and is incompetent. This place has no priority on customer service and it starts with the lousy sales manager Faris Nijim who is full of lies. Avoid this place at all cost. I have email communication to show how rude and incompetent he is. Again stay away from this place and take your business to Westmont, Lincolnwood Porsche or any other Porsche dealership other than this one

Very good sales and finance people we dealt with.. no high pressure sales, answered all questions, took the time to show us many vehicles and all options on each.. Great place to buy from.. and yes a fair price considering these tough conditions for a consumer to make a purchase.

Had a great experience buying my first Porsche. They were very kind, and explained the car completely to me, better than others. They really give a full overview and make sure you know what you are getting. I love my new car and really appreciated Paul as my sales person! I would recommend going to them!

The Porsche Exchange unwilling to fix TSB issue

I had a TSB issue concerning the airbags in my Cayenne. It is a common issue that occurs and the fault codes were 1218 and 1219. Many people online we're getting this issue Fixed from the dealership even though the warranty is up on the car. However, even though my family has purchased about ten cars from this dealership over the past 20 years they were unwilling to help me out with this safety concern. Money was not the issue it was the fact that they were not willing to cover something that they should have. I ended up calling Loeber Porsche and they were more than happy to help me because of the severity of the issue and the fact that satefy was a concern. The service manger is [non-permissible content removed] his name is Chuck and he has no clue how to treat customers. I expected the red carpet treatment and I got treated like a nobody. Avoid.
