By far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Sergio went above and beyond providing an unforgettable experience. My pop and me took the train from St.Louis and Sergio even picked us up from the station. We were in and out and on our way back in about 45 minutes. Highly recommended dealership!

Mr. Franz handled the sale and paperwork very professionally. The pickup appears as described. Mr. Frans arranged to have the pickup transported by Ramey Auto Transport, Inc. At that point communication broke down and there was no invoice provided, but the price was very fair.

The service is just so good. I had my car sent to the shop while it was closed. They gave me a called one they back to business at the very morning, and I got my car in the next afternoon. They followed up so closely and kept me posted in all the progress, clear explanation, without any worries! If my car gets any problem again, it will be the only place I will have it repaired!

They Lie about accidents !

Do not go there ! They sold me “no accidents” car They gave me the AutoCheck to prove it,but the Carfax shows that car has 2 Accidents When i was trying to talk with managers Chris and Matt they asked me to go away I got the turbo failure right after i left the dealership and they kept my car more than 2 weeks on service so i don’t have a way to return the vehicle My car literally broke every week now It’s absolutely fraud,avoid this dealership.

They hide accidents

The salesman Diego sold us “no accident” car with their AutoCheck and later we found two front damage reports on carfax. We tried to contact managers Matt and Chris and they asked us to go away. Rude. Just a short story about this guys The truck has broken three times within one month

The Works

Took the Escape in for service. Opted for the works. I had an email that stated $39.99 for the works. Ryan and the service department honored that without a problem. I was in and out in no time.The only thing that I have is that I wish that the service department would report the repairs to Carfax. I know that sales does, but I wish Service would do so as well. Next up is the A/C.

I have been bring my vehicles in for service to Packey Webb for over 17 years and have rarely had a bad experience. I have a 2005 Mustang GT and 2016 Escape, both of which were purchased thru Packey Webb. They are focused on providing only the service that is necessary and delivering on that service.
