Overall I had a very positive experience with everyone at Infiniti of CH. It was was more or less a situation beyond their control. We arrived at closing, and they were kind enough to wait for us. They easily dealt with a series of issues with my trade in and lack of some needed paperwork (I came in from out of state and was unaware of the required stuff). The only thing that prevents me from giving five stars is that there was a customer before me who simply stalled the financing process. We were at the dealership for nearly three hours, largely because the finance department couldn't process our paperwork due to the couple ahead of us who couldn't make up their mind. I know it wasn't the dealership's fault, but it would have been nice if they had simply told the other couple that they needed to get us processed (which would have taken 15-20 minutes) while the couple discussed things and made their decision. I have been in similar situations in a variety of business settings where similar situations are handled in that way. I probably wouldn't have really cared if I was alone, but I had a two hour drive back home with my wife and little girl who were both very tired and hungry from a long drive down for what should have take about an hour to an hour and a half. To his credit, Jake made my daughter laugh and did his best to move us through once we actually made it into his office. None of the issue was his doing, it was dealership protocol- I would kindly suggest they revisit what procedure is under these circumstances. My rating is not on the individuals I dealt with, rather the dealership and its policies. I would consider the trek down to get another vehicle if we found one that fit our budget and needs as the Highlander did. I don't regret my decision to work with them at all.

I walked in and was greeted right away by Eddy Lindt. He was friendly, found out exactly what I was looking for and quickly allowed me to test drive both cars I was interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable about what each car had to offer. The sales experience moved quickly and all involved made my experience a positive one from beginning to end. We initially went to test drive the QX55 but fell in love the unique features that the QX50 Sport had to offer. My dad bought a car and I bought a car the other day and we came in to talk to the service manager since my car was pre-home. I wanted to make sure that I understood what maintenance I had coming up and what I needed to do for my car since I only do about 12,000 miles a year on average, Tony was very nice explaining everything to me and they actually helped fix a couple things after my purchase that were quick fixes. Really happy with how this deal turned out.

I recently purchased a Infiniti QX 80 and went straight to Service to talk to them about how the eat your bumper to bumper unlimited mileage warranty worked and Tony was nice enough to explain the services and everything I needed to know to make sure that my warranty was always valid. Tony is definitely a car guy.

Recently picked up a QX 80 at a great price and the color that I wanted. I told him what I was looking at several vehicles and they actually talk to me and said after all is said and done all the vehicles are going to drive a specific way, but only infinity Backs their cars with an unlimited mileage, bumper-to-bumper warranty for up 8 eight years with their eight year CPO wrap. He told me to go back to the other dealerships and ask them for something close to that and no one even came close. Andreas was the person that I worked with and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. Wasn’t sure what the experiences was going to be with him being so young, but he really knew his stuff.
