I am a long standing client of McGrath Lexus. The Sales and Service departments are excellent. Today, I purchased my 5th Lexus. The only negative is that the process and paperwork took a couple of hours on an all cash deal.

This dealerships goes the extra mile to make certain a persons needs are met. I had found the perfect car for myself three times. Each time due to unavoidable circumstances I lost each one. Then I found the best one at this dealership . Not only did I find the best vehicle it was even better. I am grateful the dealership was willing to do what it took to help me make the car mine

I think out of all of my car shopping, what kept me coming back to look at McGrath was the overall cleanliness and safety precautions taken due to the pandemic. There was sanitizer everywhere, the cars were kept clean- everyone wore their mask! (Crazy to think that’s still a problem, but most of the dealerships I’ve been to in two months just don’t take these precautions) It’s just nice that they’re doing that to keep their customers safe (and have our best interests at heart). It’s also a very low pressure environment- I went to look at one thing and didn’t end up buying a car until the fourth time I went to look at several different kinds of RXs. The sales staff is very patient, very helpful, and are focused on you making an informed decision over just making another sale. I will be back to purchase my next car (whenever this one breaks) :)

It was not the experience I expected John was my salesman Ben got involved because I found a cheaper truck at Naperville Ben said he would work with me what we spoke about was totally different when I got to finance he was a pretender . I started to leave I thought about how nice John had been and how truthful he had been.

Thanks Mike Tumilty and the Team at McGrath Lexus The reason why I keep going back to McGrath Lexus in Chicago is because of the excellent customer service provided by their personnel. I only speak to Mike Tumilty when my car leases are up and I have gone to him over several years during this process. Mike Tumilty is excellent and he truly cares about the needs of his customers. He goes up and above the call of duty every time I have sought his assistance when selecting my Lexus cars over the years. He personally makes sure that I experience nothing but convenience and I am very satisfied (Out Right Happy) when it comes to leasing a car. He takes the time to know what you are looking for and what you may not like. And he works his magic to make sure I am satisfied if leaving the showroom and/or working through the challenges facing us all during this Pandemic, he went up and above the call of duty by our going through the major part of the process by remote technology. Doug Bell is also great as he not only listens but provides great advice so that you can make an informed decision when it comes to your financing needs. They make a great team. It’s like a family and I feel confident that they are always considering my best interest at heart. You can't buy the type of service and commitment to quality and excellence that these individuals provide. Please note that I have had a number of cars from this McGrath Lexus over a couple of decades and I am blessed not to have ever had any issues with any of their cars and that has to do with which dealership that you go to when you are making such an investment.
