A wonderful experience

This was my first new car and I am so happy I got a Honda. The sales rep, Julius was really helpful and worked really hard to stay within my budget. I have always loved Honda (especially the Civic) since my family purchased on when they first came out. I hope to drive my Civic for as long as that family car (18 years!).

I have purchased many vehicles over the years. Sami our salesman was very professional,knowledgeable,informative,and very pleasant to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. Sam made sure he showed my wife and I all of the aspects,safety features and operations of the vehicle with kindness and Aloha. Our vehicle purchase was the best experience that I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Randy the sales manager was very kind,professional and gave us great customer service. Kim in contracts was also very nice and professional. I highly recommend this Island Honda team to anyone for a no hassle professional vehicle purchase anytime. A really nice experience! Mahalo!!

They sold me a used car that had an open engine recall on it, after Melissa told me the car checked out good. 2 months after buying the car the engine seized, and that's how I found out about the recall. It seized while I was driving down a highly traveled highway doing 45 mph and I had my young child in the backseat. After contacting the dealer I was told "beat wishes" by their sales manager Randy. This place is the pits, Don't buy a car from this dealer they don't care about customer safety they only car care about the customers money!

It was a hot Thursday and since I had the inkling I would be getting a new car, I had already cleaned out my old car. Sebastian was my guide throughout the whole process. He was gracious and knowledgeable about the CRV which I ultimately purchased. I had a very nice experience...all thanks to Sebastian!

Friendly & Helpful employees. We went in because we received a letter saying that if we brought our 2003 Odyssey in for an appraisal we would get a $10.00 gas card plus we were planning on getting another Odyssey soon. Never planned on leaving with a new car that day( was looking to purchase in couple months). After a couple of hours we found ourselves proud new owners of a 2017 Odyssey Touring.

Our lease was up on our Odyssey van. We decided to make the purchase. Walked into the showroom and saw Melissa, who helped us three years ago. She took care of our paperwork and we were out of there in an hour! So thankful. This is our 7th Honda purchase!

Really enjoyed my experience at Island Honda! Jefferson was so patient with me and accommodating! He even delivered my car and took the time to show me how to use all the cool bells and whistles! I feel like he was there for me instead of trying to make a sale. Other people I enjoyed were Thomas, Jacob, and the wonderful lady up front to the right by the coffee. There was even a gentlemen who let me use his jacket cause I got so cold while filling out paper work. The car is AMAZING! Worth every penny! And they had so many styles and colors to choose from. Thank you all for a great experience I would recommend you to anyone who ever asks! Happy holidays!

I knew my price and asked Island Honda to match it. They agreed, without haggling. The salesperson, Jeff Lising, was knowledgeable and efficient in arranging for a test drive of my chosen vehicle, preparing it for the handover, and orienting me to the features and options. Thomas Tang, Finance Manager, made the paperwork process fast and easy. Best customer service on a new car purchase in my experience in Hawaii.

I used the Costco discount to get a great price. No haggling, just the best price upfront already worked out by Costco. Kevin was very nice to work with. Drove the car to my house so i could have the it starting that night. They took the time to explain everything in financing and had a great rate of .9%.
