My wife and I were undertaking a cross country move, and upon initially meeting Don Dugan at Marietta Toyota, I immediately recognized why he is so respected as one of their top Sales and Leasing Specialists! We caught an overnight flight to Atlanta. Our hotel room was not ready as promised, so I found a new room, and as my wife skept, I took a chance and caught an Uber to Marietta Toyota. Don saw me wandering around, and reached out a kind hand to introduce himself. He informed me that while I was on the wrong lot, that he would drive me to the correct one and assist me. I warned him that I had an out of state license and no utilities bills yet, as my home was closing the following morning - but Don and Vu Nguyen in Finance worked their magic. In under an hour I was out the door in a 2024 Rav4 that I requested at the Internet Price special published on their website. There were No Games and No Gimmicks, which is rare on the world today. Don and Vu both consistently went way above and beyond, and did their company proud. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly results / customer satisfaction driven are just a few of the terms I would use to describe their team. We truly appreciate the outstanding level of customer service, and will refer Marietta Toyota to everyone we know in need of a car - new or used. All the best!

Scheduled early appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They took me right in and I had a quick coffee while I waited in lobby. All done, and paid ( including mil discount) in 60 mins. Nice folks. See y’all in 5,000!

What a Mess

Took my car in for a repair on Friday. They said it would likely be done on Saturday. I received no call all day Saturday. Sunday the service center is closed. On Monday AM I called and texted the representative and called the service center TWICE before they told me “whoops! Your car was ready on Saturday but no one called you…!” Not cute. Don’t know what kind of communication is being run over there but it’s got major gaps. I work over the weekends so I had to spend over $100 on Lyfts around ATL because someone at this shop failed to call me when my car was ready. That is so shoddy. Then they text me incessantly asking for a review. Well here it is. Can’t say I’m too happy with how that went. No effort was made on their part to make up for their mistakes. At the very least I would’ve hoped they would call on Saturday whether the car was ready or not to let me know if I would need to be carless until Monday. Guess I just slipped through the cracks…. :^\
