Wonderful service

I went to Marietta Toyota today and got a new RAV4. Jimmy Wilson was amazing. He was knowledgeable about all the features in this car. The service and treatment I received from Jimmy and his associates was impeccable. They made sure to answer all my questions and accommodate me as much as they could especially through the finance portion of this experience. Jimmy made buying a car very smooth and pleasant. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!

They do not care about safety and your lives or your money!!!!! Please please please if you decide to use them check to make sure your car is done correct!!!!! I have been going here for about a year and every time I have went to get service and something was not completed on my car. Several times my fluids were not filled on my car and had to bring my car back to them. One time my brake light was out and I had to find that out and point it out to them. Services that I asked for wasn’t completed but was charged for. After the job has been completed and discovered that everything on my car is okay and its safe. I had a recall on my car and they installed it wrong and had to bring my car back up there. It is very big inconvenience and time wasting because it’s like I have to double-check to make sure that they completed their job. I have spent a lot money up there and I expect for my car to be completed correctly because it can put my life and other drivers lives at risk. Every time I get an oil change I pay to have my tires rotated but I don’t think ever even rotated my tires after looking over the services it shows that the thread on my tires were good and in the green and my visit after that showed my thread had improved although that’s impossible and I didn’t get new tires. My last visit I was informed that I needed 2 new tires because they were worn down and I needed to have 2 tires replaced immediately. I didn’t like the way it was handled because I could have planned and prepped to put in my budget to get all new tires if I was aware that my tire thread was even in the yellow. I was offered a free car wash for the inconvenience and the errors they made and I paid for a fuel additive into my car and my car was not washed which I had to point out to them and also was missing the additive to the gas tank.

Worth the drive from Chattanooga!

The dealerships in Chattanooga and Cleveland weren't even able to come close to matching the deal provided by Perry at Marietta Toyota. I expected that in exchange for a good deal, I would face upsell's, pressure, and a hassle at the financers closing desk. To my surprise, the signing the paperwork process was as quick, simple, and as easy as buying a TV. Perry was direct and professional, and friendly at the same time. I am very pleased I drove to Marietta Toyota, and will call them first when it's time for my next car.

Fun Buying A Car

John Maddox and Marietta Toyota made buying a new Scion fun and easy. I was on my way to a Honda dealer to purchase an HR-V and I needed to kill some time so I stopped in at Marietta Toyota. I don't remember John's exact words when I arrived at the dealership but his sentiment came through and continued throughout the process: he wanted help me to find the right car for me. He listened to what I was hoping for and matched me up with a Scion iM. I love this car a lot already. It's an awesome car especially with the Bluetooth connection so I can listen to Pandora, backup camera, and great gas mileage. With Pure Price, I knew that I wasn't going to overpay for the car and that I could skip the drama and time of the negotiation step. Buying the car was almost like an internet purchase. Decide to buy … pick a color … see Roberto to get a great rate on a loan … and drive away in an hour or two. The entire process was easy and very low stress. Fun.

I cringed as we left home last Saturday morning to buy a car. "Here we go," I thought, "get ready for the chummy, truth-twisting car dealers on the lot and then the even more slippery folks in the finance office." My parents are from small towns in the Midwest; I loathe wheeler-dealer game playing and have a very, very low level of tolerance for it. I'd never had anything close to a good experience at a car dealer's; I had reached a point that I'd rather spend hours preparing my taxes than have to interact with those guys... ... until our experiences at Marietta Toyota Scion, thanks to Mr. Robert Glover Jr. Throughout our interactions with him -- from initial questions to test drive, negotiations, signatures and culminating in a thorough technical "how-to" overview of the car and its features -- Mr. Glover demonstrated nothing but courtesy, honesty, an extremely high level of technical knowledge, patience and kindness. Marietta Toyota Pleasant & Positive Adventure

My husband and I phoned Marietta Toyota and stated what we were looking for in a car. We were invited to come and look at one with our specifications plus other vehicles on their massive lot for comparison. Jerry Massa had done the research on what he thought would interest us plus the one specific vehicle. Shopping for the car was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience. Jerry unhurriedly showed us many vehicles after we saw "the one", with all their attributes. It was fascinating to see all these vehicles could now do, quite a learning experience. I have to brag on Jerry, also Ricky Gilbert and Dwayne Adams who truly made this a no hassle, happy experience. Having told them on the phone what we wanted in a vehicle, it was a perfect match for us the one picked out for us to see and drive. No sales pressure at all, I truly have never had such an eventful, honest, genuine and caring experience in shopping for a car. When we need another vehicle, this is where we will definitely come. I knew what I wanted to buy. Called the dealership, spoke with a salesperson and told him my pre-requisites. He took the info and called me the next day. Everything was exactly as I wanted it, financing, vehicle choice, customer service. Went in the next day, test drove, picked the color (they had to order) but it was there the next day! Salesperson was very thorough with regard to all features and maintenance. Finance person was also exceptional. Overall great experience!

Most pleasant car buying experience!

Buying a car has always been miserable in the past. This time it was actually an enjoyable experience. Our salesman, Bill D., was motivated and straight forward. His response to our online request for a 2013 Camry Hybrid was very prompt, and the quote he gave us was aggressive. It was so nice NOT to have to haggle back and forth while sitting in a dealership for hours waiting on a salesman to go back and forth to his manager to negotiate a price. Bill located our car almost immediately, and was able to get the car to Marietta Toyota the next day. He was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our questions professionally and respectfully. We will be referring our family and friends to this dealership, and purchasing our next car the same way with Marietta Toyota.

He offered to bring one in from another dealership but it was easier to just buy one from another dealership that had the inventory. Other than this positively aggressive salesman, I have little to base a dealership recommendation upon.

Communicating with this company was easy and straight forward. I got the Edmunds price and they took my trade-in and gave me a fair price. Perry was my salesman and he was great. What I thought was the best is Perry treated me like a person with a brain. A few of the other dealerships in the area did not. If Perry and Marietta Toyota are still around in three years I will be back to buy another one...and I will probably upgrade..

Just purchased a 2013 Venza from Marietta Toyota. We worked online with Bill D. Quoted price was "Edmunds acceptable" and the lowest quote from 3 different area dealerships and one in Florida. Bill is fast, responsive and a very affable guy. No hassles, no upsell, no hidden extra charges. I'm not a car person and I don't normally like the sales process, but I would recommend Bill D. and Marietta Toyota online sales to anyone in the car market. If their the service department is as good, we'll do business again with Bill and Marietta Toyota.

Poor Follow-up

I purchased a 2012 RAV4 and had a good experience with the Sales Person other than a long wait for quoting my trade-in. They honored the internet special without hassle. However, there was a mixup with the paperwork and I had to return to the dealership to re-sign paperwork the following week because they had entered the wrong VIN # on all of the documents. It has been over 3 weeks and I still don't have any paperwork so that I can get my tag transferred. I have tried to call them for 2 days and no one will return my call ... only get voicemail of 3 different persons. Very disappointing that they will not follow through ... once they have your money they do not value you as a customer.
