Lacks Integrity

Lacking integrity sums up our experience with Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. Randy Salmon, our salesman, was great - friendly, helpful, professional, and willing to do his best to try to work out a deal. Unfortunately, he got off of work while we had gone to grab a bite to eat and deliberate making an offer on the used Sienna we had test driven Tried to work out a deal when we first drove the 139 miles from our home in the Chattanooga area on a Friday. Melvin told us he couldn't go any lower than Randy had offered us. So, we went home. Got a call from Randy on Monday wanting to work out a deal. Somehow they could magically come down some the week after our visit. They didn't quite meet us in the middle, but did come down. On Tuesday, we came to a verbal agreement, including delivery of the van, since we should've been able to work it out when we were there in the first place. Wednesday they changed the deal to no longer include delivery. We argued it for a while, then came to a new agreement, including picking it up at a Nalley dealership in Marietta, instead. It turned out that the van was from an area hit hard by Hurricane Irma, so we had them double check that the van hadn't had any flood damage. After we received word back that the van definitely hadn't had any flood damage, we sent in our pre-approved loan paperwork. Randy called us back the Thursday to let us know that the dealership sold the van 10 minutes before our paperwork got there. Never once, had they asked for deposit on the van. They could've closed the deal while we were there in the first place. They could've had integrity and honored the original deal and we would've closed the deal several days earlier. I guess we should be thankful that we didn't wind up buying a van from a dealership that blatantly lacks integrity. I do have to say that Randy Salmon was great throughout the whole process. He went to bat for us on the price, the dealership changing the deal on us, and them selling it out from under us. Nalley then had the gall to have someone call back to follow up with us, without letting them know anything that went on. They didn't bother to call and apologize, even though Randy couldn't apologize enough for the dealership's behavior.

Excellent experience buying 2016 Camry XLE June 2016

I would like to take moment and express our gratitude for Mr. Eric Hogue and Mr. Therrell Lyon extra efforts in purchasing our new 2016 Camry XLE. Therrell showed us personal dedication, attention to details, he communicated with us in a timely manner, responded to our requests, and provided necessary information when selecting the vehicle. We were really impressed with Mr. Lyon's customer communication style, especially we are grateful that he did not employ any pressure tactics on us during the process. Please take this with a positive aspect. (Unfortunately, I did feel such pitches of induced guilt or unreasonable requests at some other dealerships). We felt that he was making his best efforts to provide us with proper value of our trade-in vehicle. I would like to commend Mr. Lyon's approach and style as the one that creates understanding and trust between sales consultant and a customer. I would like to thank you, Eric, for your leadership skills, attention, and care that you have shown us in securing the vehicle. Again, our sincere appreciation goes to you and Therrell. I look forward to working with your Department in the future.

Great deals

This dealership offers greats deals on toyotas. Every other dealership I had been to in the surrounding area was overpriced to start so negotiations were out the window. But at nalley stonecrest, not only was the starting price reasonable but they negotiated even further to make a sale. They were very personable. Yamin was a great salesperson who answered every question I had without me even having to ask. If you were ever wondering where to get your next car, i suggest Nalley Toyota if you want to leave with a car you love with a great price as well.

awesome experience

After having an unfortunate experience with one of my vehicles, I was not in the mood for buying another vehicle. But, the courteous and polite behavior of the sales team at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest impressed me to believe that the right time was now. They stayed with me every step of the way during this process. They did not pressure me but offered a deal that was suited just right for me. For that, I am grateful.

Awesome Experience

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. Buying a vehicle can be a headache and other dealers made me feel low and worthless, but not at Nalley. They treated me like family, worked with me, and got me the car I wanted. The staff was amazing and they truly cared. To them, it wasn't all about selling a vehicle....it was much more.

AVOID: Low Prices are Compensated with Low Trade-In

I bought my eighth car, a new Toyota Sienna, from Nalley. I hate shopping for cars. On every occasion, shopping for cars has been an adversarial experience, in which dealers have tried to gain advantage in unsavory ways. Nalley was my second best option, pricewise. The first option on my list, in South Carolina, tried to pull a bait-and-switch on me; when I was on my way to Columbia SC, the dealer decided to disclose that the "new" car I intended to buy actually had 1,500 miles on it. Nalley was no exception to the adversarial rule. I was very dissatisfied with the value of my trade in, because, according to the manager I talked to, "a 9-year old car is difficult to sell", and hence the car was graded as in "poor condition". Except for paint peel on a corner of a bumper, the car was actually in excellent condition, with only 75K miles. One of Nalley's employees bought it shortly after, which comes across bad, ha! So hard to sell. A couple of hours prior to coming to Nalley, I stopped at another Toyota dealer and they appraised my Prius at $6,000. Nalley gave me $4,250 (after haggling, the first offer was $4,000). The difference between these two dealers including financing was that Nalley was $750 more expensive. I went to Nalley because the offered the lowest price, and I thought that they would be the best option. I had planned a trip two days later (on Saturday) to Orlando, Florida, for which I had rented a minivan . By the time the negotiation ended, around Thursday 11 PM, I had to decide between going to other dealer that was actually $750 below their price but did not have the car I wanted in stock (and hence no guarantee of getting it on Friday), or pay $1,000 for a rental ($80/day for two weeks) to haul 6 people during our vacation. I took the hit from Nalley because of a pressing need, not because of their great service. Nalley made me waste my time and my money. Had I gone ahead with the other dealer I would have given them enough time to get my car. Nalley lured me to them with the promise of a low price, but they tried to compensate with a very low trade-in. I find this disingenuous and dishonest. Yes, I made business with them... because I was in a tight spot and needed to solve a pressing need. Avoid Nalley. Go and do business somewhere else, where they might quote you higher prices, but will be more honest about trade-in and financing.

Best In Class

No one could have expected better. Reginald D. is a true example of Best In Class having exceeded all my expectations. Not knowing what to expect when I arrived quickly changed when Reginald sat me down and did his thing. Soon after I left with my second car from Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. Please give my regards to all of the other staff for being so friendly and their pleasant smiles.

As soon as i walked in I was greeted with a smile, I felt comfortable, didnt feel pressured, they really make you feel at home. Everybody who works there says hello to you, your not ignored. You wont be turned away, they really go above and beyond to assist you.

He paid attention to detail and we were very pleased with him. The credit manager was very good at his job as well. The experience was a very good one.
