onAs usual, I had a great experience in the service department at Acura of Columbus in Columbus, GA. My service representative, Steve, was friendly, responsive to my concerns, and demonstrated knowledge in answering my questions. He escorted me to a comfortable area with drink and snack choices to wait while my car was being serviced. My wait time was appropriate and I was very pleased with the work done. I was especially pleased that my car had been cleaned on the inside and outside. Acura of Columbus has great customer service.My service representative, Steve, is the best part of that service.

onThis was an emergency repair and I had a very busy work schedule. Steve got me in for a 10:30 AM appointment but I arrived early since I could set up my computer in the waiting area and work (very comfortable). Steve took me right away, diagnosed, serviced and washed the car early and completing it by about 10:30 AM - saved me a HUGE amount of time and got me back at work in Atlanta by noon. Car runs great. Well done!!

onThis is our third RDX purchase. Have owned a 2015, 2020 and now a 2023. Traded in a 2022 BMW X3 as the primary driver, my wife, preferred the RDX for its ease of driving, parking and hauling 3 grandsons around. This is our second purchase from Acura of Columbus. The sales management and salesman were very easy to work with in completing our purchase. We love this car and the wife is happy so there you go!

onI received the best service at Acura of Columbus. After speaking with my advisor Brett New, he arranged for my car to be be picked up when I called and told him about the noise that I was hearing in my car. I was brought a brand new car to drive while my car was being fixed. Brett New was an excellent advisor for my car. I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service since I bought my Acura. I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership.
