Customer comes first!

Was interested in a pre-owned Tacoma Pickup listed for sale. Made an appointment and they provided a low pressure, high quality customer experience. Even though I was in a bit of a rush due to doctors appointment later that day I was able to get the entire buying experience done with ease. I love the truck.

CORRECTED REVIEW - Sales Transaction

I recently wrote a review about a sales transaction experience I had with this dealership after some frustration. After reflection and multiple follow up interactions with the dealership, I must issue a correction. I had an unfortunate situation occur while engaging in a potential used car transaction, and it was upsetting. However, after speaking with multiple people, including the used car sales manager and the sales General Manager, I was treated like family and was offered multiple options and avenues to rectify this situation. After speaking with the used car sales manager, they went above and beyond to help rectify the situation, offer their apologies, and help me secure a replacement vehicle that I would otherwise not have been able to find or purchase. Despite business being business, they did not just move on to the next customer and brush off the issue. They spent the time and effort to make the situation right, and I am very appreciative of their work.

Bad Faith Sales Transaction

After multiple meetings, both in person and via email/phone, myself and the sales person had a WRITEEN agreed upon an all in price for a used vehicle and a pick up date to accommodate the sales persons day off schedule/my schedule. I even offered to put down a deposit for the vehicle to hold it for 48 hours until pick up to ensure it was held. Upon calling the sales person the morning of the appointment to confirm details, he informed me the car was sold the night prior. There was nothing put into their system that said the car had an agreed upon sale, pick up time/date, etc. nothing. Upon calling and speaking with the Sales person, Sales manager, and Sales GM, they ALL claim that Toyota does not accept deposits for used cars (Which I was never told in the interactions) and that they won't hold a car based on upon WRITTEN agreement of price and pick up date and time. This dealership clearly acted in bad faith during this transaction and does not care at all for their customers, unless they are sitting in the showroom with cash in hand. This was such a dishonest and shady experience, I will not be buying from any Rick Hendrick Toyota, or any dealership for that matter, in the future.

Best Dealership in Atlanta!

I purchased my vehicle at Rick Hendricks Toyota at Sandy Springs. The sale and after sale experience is outstanding - the Service Manager even came out to my house the next morning to check on a very minor issue. Fast forward about six months and I took my car in for service (oil change, tire services etc). My service advisor Jincy Rundle was amazing and make sure I was taken care of without delay. This is a dealership that I can trust and will recommend to friends and family 100%.

They Made It Right

On 9/5/22 we went to Rick Hendrick Toyota for a 2008 coverable which they were advertising , we liked it and told the salesman , that we want to precede with the sale after we get the car inspected by our mechanic, they told us we can finance the car if we put half down. On Friday when we went to pick up the car they wanted a deposit we agree $1,000. casher's check deposit. the mechanic checked out the car and found a few things wrong which was certified by the dealers mechanic. When we test drove the car it hat the original matts , salesperson told us that the car came with 2 keys, we only got one on delivery, the radio map was outdated he told us he has the cd to update the maps, later he told us the cd was $205.80, its not worth it he lied to us we went and installed an apple car radio for $500. After getting the car checked out they would only replace the battery, salesperson and his Manager said they dint make enough profit on us, we preceded with the sale anyway, after almost a week , from 9/5 -9/13 the finance dept worked on the loan, we gave them $7,000 in 2 cashiers checks, they said we were approved and picked up the car on Friday 9/9, salesperson only gave us one key and was going to look for the other one, when we got home we realized they were no matts in the car. We called the salesman and he said he dosen;t remember seeing them.. On Tuesday one of the Sales Manager calls us to tell us they want the car back, the finance did not go through, over a week later they call us to tell us the news, they were very rude they din't offer any option , we could had finance the car ourselves. and he would accept full cash payment. 9/14/22 UPDATE The Finance Manager Shameka gave us a call after our unsatisfied purchase deal with the car from the salesperson and his Manager, I explained our buying experience and what had happened, She was in disbelief, she said we were approved for financing , immediately she contacted the General manager , Lee .they both reach out to us. They rectify all the problems, it was like a new dealership, they treated us like royalty, this is how I remember great dealership with great people, they turn a bad situations into a great experience. I highly recommend the professional experience and service we got, Thank you

My experience at this Toyota dealership was an absolutely amazing one. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. This is especially true regarding my experience working with Sam. From the moment I walked in until after my car was delivered, Sam made me feel like family and went above and beyond to make sure my RAV4 car buying experience was an absolutely great one. Trading in my car was a smooth and straightforward process as well. Brian and Victoria were also a pleasure to work with. There is no doubt in my mind I will be revisiting this dealership when it is time to buy or lease a new car. Thank you for everything!

If I could give negative stars I would

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Take your money elsewhere !!!!!!! Dealing with this dealership has been the WORST customer service of my entire life. You’d think buying your first brand new car would be exciting! They have made it the most miserable experience. First, they sold the initial car agreed upon, out from under me after three months of waiting - blaming another dealership but doing nothing to make it right besides to “give me a discount”. I should’ve known better to take my business elsewhere but I had some faith. Not only did they get me a car that was different than originally agreed upon, they considered the features I didn’t want (nor asked for) my “discount”. (Thanks for the overpriced LED lights) 🥴 I say whatever since there was a shortage and the entire store aside from my sales rep, is essentially rushing me out the door as of my luxury vehicle purchase was not worth their time. During financing, it was just sign sign sign without proper explanation and signed me up for a service package I didn’t want. Once I realized, I immediately contacted them and wanted it cancelled. Was told it would take up to 6 weeks but it has been 6 months with no change. Not only are my payments higher than they should be, but they are useless when it comes to helping.

Above and Beyond

My first time going today and I was pleased the moment the service door went up automatically, greeted by a gentleman swooning over my Blue Flame TCHB. I am beyond pleased at the service I received from Matt the technician who worked and stopped at nothing today to fix my issue I had with my Remote Connect. Not only did Matt fix my car, he informed me throughout the process as to what was going on and exactly what he needed from me in order to get the car fixed. Not only Matt but the service manager (I forgot his name) was gracious enough to offer a loaner vehicle (which ended up not being needed because we got the issue fixed same day!). Greg Hawes was also very pleasant and took care of me today and I am forever grateful to everyone today. As minute as my issue was, it was as important to everyone here as it was to me. Won't name any names, but I'm glad I switched dealerships and chose Rick Hendrick Toyota. I will continue my service on my TCHB here. Greatness and communication are HERE.
