Car Purchase

I drove 170 miles/3hours from out of state to purchase a used car that they had no pictures of on carfax, because they wouldn't receive the trade in till they delivered the special order new car at a later date. The communication this dealership does is incredible. From my inquiry, all the way till months after my purchase to make sure I was happy. Melissa Wadley was a fantastic Client Advisor. She described to me exactly what the trade in I was interested in, had and didn't have, and what to expect. I punched in my trade in into carfax, and it auto did a cash value they would pay. I communicated with them, they had me send pics and vin to them. They gave me a very reasonable offer, pending them visually inspecting it. The entire process was done via text and phone calls, pending my inspection of the car. Got to the dealership an hour before the trade in I wanted to purchase, was to arrive. They inspected my trade in and agreed on the price we talked about. I inspected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and it was all that Melissa said it was. The deal was signed, sealed, and delivered with no issues or price changes. They even sent 2 overnight letters after I purchased the vehicle. The 2nd one with copies of the tracking # and paperwork sent to my out of state DMV, so I knew when they got it and could go down to get it, and add my wife to the title. This dealership is awesome. The integrity of Melissa and those I communicated with was spot on. I will travel the 170 miles again on my next purchase.

Excellent Sales

My sales person- Mr. Ruben helped me navigate within Angela Krause Ford by not only helping me get the truck I wished for but work with his leaders to get it a good price point too. Angela Krause Ford didn't carry the truck I needed. Mr. Ruben was able to find THE one that checked all items on my (really long) wish list, personally drive it over to Angela Krause Ford and ready for me! Thank you Angela Krause Ford and especially- Mr. Ruben. Trading in my old car was a breeze as well.

Rude and unprofessional

Walked out of this dealership on initial visit because we were told vehicle would be setup and ready for us to review on our appointment. We drove 30 min to get there only to find car was sold and no one knew we were coming. Completely unprepared. I went in to complain about our treatment and received arrogant remarks from a manager named Ross who wasn't even part of the conversation. After experiencing this complete lack of professionalism we walked out. They begged us to come back saying they would make things right. We eventually worked out a deal with Mumen and went to finance to sign off on the deal for a 99k Navigator. The finance guy 'Basil' was short and cut with us. When we started asking about rates he got belligerent and threw his hands in the air. He said we get what he gives us and that's it. Even though our credit is excellent disnt shop rates. He threw his hands in their air and became aggressive toward us with our 4 year old in the room with us. After his actions we got into a profane dispute that lead to us walking out after he got in my face to intimidate me. We obviously walked out with an agreed upon deal left on the table due to this incredibly unprofessional treatment. I was promised a call.the next morning from Zak Krause the owner. We didnt receive one so I called. He said he didnt have time to talk to me. I recommend anyone that isn't desperate and has good credit stay far away from this dealership. Not a dealership for educated shoppers.

2018 Expedition Max Purchase

I walked into the dealer and was introduced to Victor Seville. Victor listened to my new car wants and needs and showed me the many options for the Expedition Max. The test drive was great and it was helpful to bring it home to ensure this new SUV would fit in my garage. When we settled on this car, Victor was able to locate one in the color scheme we desired. When i took delivery of the car, Victor walked me through the Sync3 system and got me, my phone and this new SUV all coordinated!

My sales person Mark Burnett was excellent. He spent a lot of time showing me all of the different options my new F150 offered. Best sales person I have ever worked with. My only complaint about the dealer is they added after market options I may not have selected: Nitro for the tires - Glass etching - Paint sealer - these additional options added $1000 to a truck that was $58,000.

I recently purchased a 2017 single rear wheel F 350 four wheel drive vehicle from Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta Georgia. I have purchased many new vehicles in my many years, but this has to have been the best experience I have every had when purchasing a new vehicle. In previous buying experiences at AK Ford, we have left because of the incompetence of the sales person we were match with upon walking in. However, this is the second vehicle that we have purchased with Matt Cabena. If you go to Angela Krause Ford - make sure to work with Matt if you want a straight shooter that will get you in a great car at a fair price!

The sales person, Mike, at the Angela Krause Ford dealership was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. We test drove many cars until I found the one that best suited my needs. He also took the time to understand my situation and helped identify what would be a good fit for me and my family. I would definitely go back to them, they are a family over there.

Great car buying experience

Our family went to Angela Krause Ford Lincoln of Alpharetta back in June looking for a specific car on the lot and wound up buying two cars! Matthew and Armen were great to work with, Like buttoned up the financing and we were on the way in a little over two hours. The process could not have been anymore seamless.

Finance managers where overly aggressive tried pressuring me into a deal I wasn't comfortable with even after I told them I believed I could get a better offer from the bank than what they were offering.Although I had a wonderful salesman Al.They made me feel as if they were doing me a favor.I left and went up the street to another dealership and purchased a vehicle.

I bought my used car from Angela Krause Ford Lincoln after my car was wrecked. Mumen was my sales person. He worked so hard to put a fair deal together! There's no reason I will buy from another dealer again. I also have them do all my service. I have confidence in the Service Dept. Thanks Mumen!!! Appreciate all you did.

Great salesperson but backend (finance manager) will try to put one over on you. Refuse to pay for the $300 "paint protection" and the $100 nitro tire fill.

I'll be honest. The first time I went to look at and possibly purchase a Ford I was not treated very well by the salesperson. In fact I left the dealership without even discussing purchasing the car I had my eye on. So, I came back the very next day to try again. I was greeted by a different salesperson who after test driving a vehicle could care less whether I purchased it from him or not. Again, I left the dealership without purchasing a car. The next day (yes, I gave them a 3rd chance) I called the dealership to see if the car I wanted was still on the lot and the "manager" told me that it was. I informed him of my previous experience over the past 2 days with his sales people and he was surprised. In fact, he invited me to come in again and would have his best salesperson to work out a deal for me. The 3rd salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in selling cars. He and I worked out a deal that I was satisfied with and I drove off in the beautiful shinny car I wanted. The manager thanked me for my business and made me feel appreciated as a new customer and for that reason gave I them a 4 star rating.

Advertised low price vehicle to attract buyers BUYER BEWARE!

I was helping my elderly in laws find a car and called the dealership about a vehicle. I spoke with a salesman to see if vehicle was available and he advised it was. After driving 1 hour to the dealership, a salesman advised me the vehicle was not on the lot and was out on loan to a prospected buyer so they (the buyer) could take the car to their mechanic.The salesman then called the manager who then explain the situation to me again and hands me a business card while advising when the vehicle return in 2 hours I would see the car first. I would later meet another prospective buyer on the lot who then advised he initially came for the same vehicle as I did and the manger told him the same story (he would also see the vehicle first when it comes back). Two hours later, the car salesman would advised the vehicle was not going to return and he was sorry. I have purchases several cars in the past and I have never heard of a dealership allowing a vehicle which is price to sell to be taken off the lot over night without payment. This dealership is in the business of misleading buyers to draw them to the store then pressuring them to buy a higher price vehicle. THESE PEOPLE [non-permissible content removed] and do not understand how important customer trust is. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My in laws ended up purchasing a car from AUTOMAX.
