1st off let me preface that I have been a Toyota buyer for many years. Today DCJR of Winter Haven changed my mind. I am the proud owner of a beautiful new Jeep Renegade. The deal was amazing. Not only did they get me out of my negative equity, they were able to get me an extended warranty, GAP, and Road Hazzard for a cheaper payment. Phil the sales manager went above and beyond getting the deal that I wanted. Matt the salesperson was so patient showing me all the new features of my new jeep. He even put my grandbaby's carseat in the new ride. I am beyond grateful for the wonderful service I received.

Luis Alvarez made my car buying experience perfect. I drove an hour from Tampa and happy I did. I was offered a fair value for my trade ( more than my local Tampa Dealership offered ) and the price for the Jeep I bought was the best I could find after an extensive search within 200 miles of my home. No doubt I will make the drive again the next time I buy a new car. Thank you Luis!

This is my seventh vehicle purchased at Winter Haven Dodge and I have always had the best customer service that you could ask for. From the service department to the sales staff and the management. If you need a new or used vehicle there is no other place to go. Jim Fox was awesome to deal with and shows the greatest professionalism of any salesmen.

Keith Miles is our salesman and he did an excellent job in every aspect. He was very good to communicate with us while our SRT Durango was being built . When it came in ,he offered to pair the phones and he also showed us every detail on the vehicle ! This dealership has outstanding attention to detail and I would highly recommend Winter Haven Dodge

Raymond Makes It Right

As a skeptic, I assumed the status quo. That is clearly not the case here. All of my concerns and questions were answered. There was no pressure to buy what wasn't needed. They always backed up there statements. They also prepared me for the next service visit. I used all of the coupon mailers to get the same or better deal then the 3rd party service shops. If I had any issues with the service no matter how small, Ray Made It Right...

When we purchased our vehicle, it needed an alignment, spare key and floor mat. The alignment was scheduled for the following day, and it took over 3 hours with an appointment. They were able to code the spare key, which we were informed would be difficult to obtain the spare key when we purchased the vehicle. However, they did not have a floor mat for us the next day. When I called out salesman a week later, his excuse was that they had actually lost money in the deal and they would not put any more money into it. Now, do you really believe a dealer will lose money on the purchase of a used car? They would be out of business. So not only was it a lie, he repeated it several times during our conversation. Had I known this, I would have requested it in writing. BEWARE-- if your car is missing something get it in writing!! Service department is slow at this location too.

Worst Dealership EVER

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to! The customer service was horrible and the staff could have cared less! They do not have any class and the internet sale girl, Angela made an appointment with my husband and I to come and meet with her and she said hi then threw us over to a [violative content deleted] who didn't know anything about car or the NADA. Would never recommend these people to anyone!
