onWhen we purchased our vehicle, it needed an alignment, spare key and floor mat. The alignment was scheduled for the following day, and it took over 3 hours with an appointment. They were able to code the spare key, which we were informed would be difficult to obtain the spare key when we purchased the vehicle. However, they did not have a floor mat for us the next day. When I called out salesman a week later, his excuse was that they had actually lost money in the deal and they would not put any more money into it. Now, do you really believe a dealer will lose money on the purchase of a used car? They would be out of business. So not only was it a lie, he repeated it several times during our conversation. Had I known this, I would have requested it in writing. BEWARE-- if your car is missing something get it in writing!! Service department is slow at this location too.
