From my forever sales person, Hector Isabel to Louis Napolitano in Leasing to Carlos DeRivera in Finance the process was smooth and seamless. They took care of everything. I now live 200 miles away from Sawgrass Ford. But they are still my Dealership. My mileage was so low on my 2020 Fusion lease that I decided to purchase it outright. And my team of professionals, yet again, made it easy This is my 6th transaction with Sawgrass.

We have bought several cars from sawgrass Ford not only for our business but also for our personal vehicles. We love Ford but Sawgrass Ford is terrible. My cars have all had problems and recalls and every time I’ve taken a vehicle in sawgrass has my car sitting for days even weeks to get it serviced. My expedition had a light that flooded with water, sawgrass Ford gave me the run around and said they needed to order the part and some more bs excuses as to why the couldn’t do it, told me they’d call me when they have the part. That was months ago-MONTHS. My car needed servicing so this time I called Margate-auto nation Ford, they serviced my truck and replaced the light in less than two days. Will never use awards again, I’ve given them many opportunities to make our experience a nice one and they failed every time.

On Wednesday, August 29th, I brought my Ford Edge to Sawgrass Ford for an issue I was having. The Service Advisor, Kyle listened to my concerns as we test drove the car. When he brought the car back and explained what they had done to the car, I felt totally reassured. Sawgrass Ford is very customer service oriented. The service area is so clean and well kept and the people is very friendly.
