Nice and helpful salesman

Fantastic Experience!!

Had a pleasant experience purchasing a C300 Sedan from Adam Cowley. Like most people we have had some bad experiences with salespeople, however Adam is the real deal. He's personable, professional and honest! I would highly recommend him. The dealership overall is pretty impressive.

Terrible Sales Staff! STAY AWAY

This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had to deal with. The salesperson lied about the condition of the vehicle, and then refused to respond to me when I brought it to his attention. The car failed inspection with some very significant issues. It took over two months to get the title to the vehicle. Nobody knew how to begin the process to get registration and plates out of state. Perhaps worst of all, when I brought all of these problems to the sales manager's attention, he referred me to the salesperson who continued to ignore me. This place will take your money and run. STAY AWAY!

Capitalism Rocks

Our salesman Kirk was a true gentleman and was very polite making the back and forth OTD price a comfortable experience . Kirk is truly an asset to this dealership and a man who will be successful in any field he chooses to work in. The dealership itself was clean and very customer friendly but one must never underestimate the add ons that will be given on your first round of negotiations. Do your homework before coming in and understand you are dealing with the best horse traders in the world. There is NO great deals in any car dealership only fair deals at best . Fortunately I used my recent profits from NVDA to pay for my car and thus the title ..Capitalism Rocks !!!!!

Mercedes Benz of South Orlando has created an all-night option in Service enabling added convenience for Customers. The effort is led by Ashley who is exceptional. This is the only option I use for Service as Ashley is so thorough, accurate in estimates, knowledgeable, organized, detail oriented and no nonsense … That is to name a few areas where she excels. Ashley also seems to work hands-on with her overnight associates towards a common goal and with respect. To me, Ashley is one of the valued assets for MB of South Orlando

"Unbelievable"

Where do I begin. What started out as a great buying experience has turned into a complete nightmare. I purchased, so I thought a 2023 EQB from this dealership, paid a significant amount of money down and traded in my 2021 Lexus ES300 Hybrid for the vehicle. All paperwork was processed & signed, insurance switched over (Paid deposit) hands shaken and pictures taken from sales and finance. I also purchased an electric box to be installed into my garage hired a electrician and spent well over $1,100 so that the vehicle can be charged while I'm home. Into my second week of having the car, the dealership calls me and ask to return the vehicle because finance CANT process the lease. I am beyond disappointed and speechless. Mercedes has dropped my credit score significantly to the point where I'd be lucky to be able to buy a car cash. I've received every email from mercedes congratulating me on my purchased vehicle and now I have to start over. I can honestly say this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had or could ever imagine.

Eric Williams did a wonderful job and I am so pleased with his work!!! He is very professional and customer service oriented!!!! I was in a real jam, since I now live in the Dalllas - Ft Worth area and my car was in an emergency there in Florida when I was at a reunion. Eric and his workers saved us and we thank you very much!! As you know, I used to live in Florida and took my car there for maintenance when I lived in Florida. Thanks again to you for your support!! We stopped by just to look at SUV’s with the intention to purchase at a later date and was greeted by David. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, informative and professional, whatever he didn’t have answers for he would seek and come back to us with a response. David made sure that we were comfortable at every step and even though we weren’t ready to purchase, because of the guidance of David and Jessica the finance person we’re happy and thankful to say that we’re now the proud owner of the SUV we all have been thinking about.

ongoing worst service ever

As I previously wrote about my service which is unacceptable and worst ever in my life. I still have not heard from any of the service managers. And the problem that I thought they had fixed still has not been fixed. The original service light that has been to the shop now for 4 visits has come back on again. Not sure what to do at this point. If I hadn't spent so much money on the extended warranty, not that it appears to be doing anything for me, can't even get in repaired under the original warranty I would be trading it in on anything except another Mercedes. Which is too bad because I love my car but just can't seem to find anyone who fix it when it needs fixing. And the fact that a manager won't even reach out to me to see what they possibly can do is just unacceptable. If I didn't respond to requests by my customers I wouldn't have a job.

worst service ever

Took my car in 3 times for same issue after 3rd visit while I insisted on not getting out of my car until my service advisor came out saw the problem and took it directly over the technician to find out why my add oil engine light kept coming on. Now I had brought it in two previous times with the same light on and was told they couldn't find anything because once the car shut off the light goes out until it is driven again. Left it there for a week and they put on 100 miles on my car and again was told they couldn't get the light to come on. Service Manager won't even return my calls have been leaving hm messages since end of July. Took back again to day for service and the service advisor would barely speak to me. Treated me horribly. And when I picked it when it repaired the last time they left with and empty gas tank and the date I was picking it up written on the windshield.

I have never had a more satisfying car buying experience than VIP Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando. Sale rep Jorell was calm and professional, did everything to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The General Manager of the sales team was also one of the best managers I've dealt with. Together, both made us a happy buying customer of a new GLB 250! I would highly recommend this dealership for shopping Mercedes!

This was the best vehicle buying experience we have had. Justin Carrion was fabulous to work with. Everyone we met at the dealership were so nice, it was just a really pleasant non-stressful transaction from our initial contact with Melissa to inquire about the vehicle, to working on price with Justin, finalizing our documentation with Yvette and having our walk through of the vehicle features and functions with Shizu, Last but not least, the VIP program for purchasers is an outstanding benefit of purchasing from MB of South Orlando! We will absolutely buy from Justin and MBSO again - it was everything you expect when you buy a Mercedes Benz.

Read this before buying

I had a very terrible experience purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car and here is why: - Nabil Hayani, my salesman, was everywhere during the purchasing process. He paid little to no attention to me during this process. - He had no patience with me. As soon as I made my first counter offer, he called his sales manager to negotiate with me. He was not even present during this negotiation process. He only came back once his manager and I agreed on a number. - After closing the deal, Nabil Hayani decided to disclose that the car only had one key and there was a mat missing in the left rear passenger side. He said that he would order the key and the mat. As soon as I drove off the lot, I got a message saying that Service B was due and when I arrived home, I realized that the frame for the plate he provided was in a terrible condition. I had to personally go to the dealership to get a new frame. He gave me the frame and did not bother to ask if I needed some help replacing the old frame. I had to do it myself. - I told Nabil about the service B issue and he was lazy and just referred me to his manager. The manager solved the issue. A few weeks went by and Nabil Hayani never bothered to ask if I got the Service B issue resolved or not. He did not say anything until I emailed him saying that I would be bringing the car for service and he could take the chance to program the second key and add the missing mat if he had them available. - For the missing mat, my car was being serviced and I asked him to add the mat while the car was being serviced. Additionally, I told him to make sure the mat matches the existing mats before he can deliver it to the service department. He did not take that into consideration and he still delivered two mats for the back passenger seats that do not match the existing mats as they are very small and have different colors compared to the existing ones. This was very frustrating. I emailed him saying that I was not happy with the mats and told him the reasons why and he never responded. I sent him another followup email and he still hasn’t responded. Right now, I have a car with mismatching mats and missing a second key. - He does not respond to phone calls and even if you call his direct number, he does not respond or reply via text. - During this process, Nabil Hayani demonstrated poor customer service skills, failed to acknowledge his wrongful handling of my issues, and did not make an effort to satisfy my needs. - He placed the burden of solving the issues on me rather than proactively doing his job. In short, I had a terrible experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando. I think Nabil Hayani only cares about making sales and commission and he does not care about making his customers happy, if any issues arrive after the deal is closed. At this point, I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership and most certainly not having Nabil Hayani as your salesman.
