Drive all the way from Ocala to see a couple cars we spotted on line. We even ended up taking one home (and traded in our older car at a reasonable price!). Junior was our sales rep and we really enjoyed working with him, super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable ( especially with the infotainment display and operations!) We love this new Kia!

Prices liste on Edmunds are 2k+ higher in store, deceptive

Went in to City Kia to look at car listed here on Edmunds.com. Listed at $18.2K here. Dealer price is over 21K. Asked about discrepancy, was told that they add on a 2k+ for the Kia Certification for preowned vehicles, that it's not included. Said they are not responsible for prices on Edmunds. I said you are the ones providing the price and inventory list. I even I got messages from site saying price has dropped. Where would that info be coming from if not provided by the Kia dealership? I left and bought a certified preowned down from different dealership down the street. It is not about the few extra thousand. It is that they are aware the prices here are not accurate. It lures customers in, they have a different price in person, then claim they are not responsible for what shows as the base price here online. From what I gather, the discrepancy is because customer does not read the tiny, fine print at the very bottom of the listings on Edmunds. Will never ever buy a Kia.

Business up front, party at purchase

City Kia sales associate Myles Wong got me set up with every detail I could imagine (as a scientist who is also familiar with cars, that is dating a lot...), including a video walk-around, warranty information, and a bottom line no-BS all included price will before I flew to Orlando from St. Louis to purchase my very particularly spec'd vehicle. Over 3 days of back and forth texts, emails, and phone calls Myles rarely delayed more than an hour to respond to my correspondence. Myles worked with me to get a deposit in to hold the vehicle despite my bank flagging the long distance transaction, and cordially picked me up at the airport. Myles has continued going to bat for me to get my clean vehicle tax credit documentation pushed through their system. Everyone at City Kia was courteous and professional. The only hint of extra pricing was additionally warranty pitch at finance, which is standard everywhere. Thanks to Myles, I knew exactly what I was getting into, and have been perfectly happy driving it off City Kia's lot. Knowing there was no BS at sale made the very unusually festive but appreciated lobby even more fun. Highly recommend shipping cars at City Kia with Myles!

Glad to say that day I drove to KIA w/o appointment. Douglas was there. He is always very accommodating. Thank you for bringing him back to Orlando branch. My KIA was not fix that day but Douglas made a difference. He didn’t say “NO”, but had given me “options”. Hope Douglas stays in this branch. He’s a very big asset to your company. I trusted him. In the past i was so hesitant to just go to any car services, cause i was warned that because, I am a female and i will be cheated. But with my experience with Mr. Douglas Fumaro way back when i had my first KIA SEDONA in 2006.And he was the one who recommended me that it’s time to change my 2006 to 2015 and I believed him. I truly appreciate all the care that was provided at City Kia. Although it was an extremely busy day due to Labor Day weekend, John Smith made sure to not only keep us informed through every step of the process, he went above and beyond to get to know my family and was absolutely genuine and wonderful to my kids. With full transparency, great pricing and John really finding the best fit for our family, he was able to make everything about this experience wonderful.
