I had my car in for the 60,000 mile service. The service manager was very polite and efficient. The quote that he gave me for both price and waiting time were fairly accurate, both coming in a little less than quoted which was great. I would highly recommend Jenkins Acura to anyone looking for a high end vehicle. The service and staff are excellent!

Absolutely love Acura service! I have taken my car there since purchased in 2021. The last time I was in was told needed some additional maintenance. This appointment when set was told they didn’t see notes in the system. When I dropped it off I told a different person I could have sworn I was told it needed something. Bernard dig around in my file to be sure they didn’t miss anything. In addition once he found it he said they would do it same day no need to make an additional appointment. And he went even farther to explain the service and cost associated. To me the additional information gave me the opportunity to make a fully informed decision. Had I been thinking about trading in the car it wouldn’t make sense to do the additional service. In addition I did prove another local shop and the local shop was hundreds more than what Acura was going to cost! Great customer service, great work, fair pricing and honestly one of the few places I can go and not be mansplained. From the moment I purchased my car to the service appointments I have had absolutely love this dealership!

The video provided by the technician clearly explained what was done and the status of each item checked and the service was completed quicker than we expected. Only bring my Acura to Jenkins in Ocala. I live in High Springs and drive over an hour away to get my vehicle serviced here because I am treated with importance when scheduling and when I'm in dealership getting my vehicle serviced. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Always excellent service; although tough to get out of there without spending a ton of money. I like the video review feature. That is very helpful and puts my mind at ease re spending money for repairs. Bernard seems to try to keep my cost down and he always keeps me informed of progress.

have had multiple Acura vehicles. Your dealership has given us the best access to the service department of any dealership with which we have had a relationship. they are prompt, accurate, courteous, and accommodating to the needs of their customers. the sales personnel are friendly and knowledgeable regarding their product. if they don't know the answer to a question, they make every effort to research the answer. the waiting area is clean and comfortable and pleasant to occupy. all in all the experience is commensurate with what is expected by your customers when you represent your quality product. that is why you have returning loyal customers.

Thank you Jesus and the fantastic mechanics, car washers, cashier and staff. Jesus got my car in well before my scheduled appt. Sent me a video of the Mechanic pointing to and explaining parts with recommendations for repair -Genius! I was then sent a checklist of my approval or disapproval to repair items. The work then commenced and my car was ready the next day. I was so blown away when I got the bill and it was hundreds less than I was expecting. I am so impressed with Jenkins Acura service department! Thank you!!

The tech that is working on your car sends you a video link and you can watch as he points out everything doing his inspection of your car.
