Robert Frank has been handling the service for the many VWs I have owned over the past 25 years. He is the best. Always explains what needs to be done and calls to discuss any issues after the service techs have started the work.

Very Transparent

Andrei was awesome. He was willing to work with me via email while most dealerships wouldn’t, even after I explained I was an hour away from them. He was quick to respond back answering any questions I had if he was working. When the Atlas Cross Sport I inquired about arrived at the dealership, he emailed me pics of it along with the window sticker to make sure it’s the one I wanted. After that, he emailed me a buyer’s order to show what we discussed previously in pricing was legit. I had a trade-in, so I took the hour drive the next day, and they beat the other dealerships by giving me $2K more for my old SUV. The rest is history after that, and I’m driving my new Atlas Cross Sport. Would highly recommend Andrei and Deel for their transparency.

New engine

My Passat 2015 about 30000 miles just left me stranded in the street, I got it towed to Deel VW dealer in Miami FL, I was told that it was an engine part and that instead of just replacing the part they needed to replace the whole engine, it was under warranty. I was told it would take one week. I was also told that they Don't provide loaner cars for any reason. It's been 2 weeks and they still have not received the engine and tell me it's on its way but they can't track it to know when it will be at the service dealer to start the work. They are still unwilling to give me a loaner. So I will never get a VW again. I have always been able to get a loaner car for less serious repairs in other dealers and other car brands. I also can't believe the car needs a engine replacement at 30000 miles!!! So 2 weeks after my car just stopped working in the middle of the street, I still don't have a car and no clue of when I will get it back.

Received different quotes from other dealers, Deel definitely gave me the best. Buying experience was stress free. Internet sales rep Grace was fantastic, very attentive. Finance manager (Emy) was fantastic as well. Nobody pressured you or made you feel you HAD to buy anything. Excellent experience!
