Price bait and switch, can't get the paperwork right

RUN AWAY. They will advertise a vehicle for a price that does not include their "Advantage Program". They will then insist that you have no choice but to pay $2k for it. They then proceed to screw up your paperwork and make you come back in to do it over. Terrible experience. Trust me, there are other cars out that at better dealers.

GO TO ANOTHER DEALER

Very bad experience. Very unethical. Underpriced my trade by $4,000. Adds $3,200 to their advertised price for extra (dealer) fees. Higher up came and gave us a price. We agreed and then said they could not do it. Walked out and will never go back.

Beyond price gouging.

I expected to have to pay full MSRP or slightly over, but price quoted here for a 2022 Soul LX included a massive $10,000 "market adjustment" - reduced to $8000 - just for me. It was a whopping 35% over the MSRP. Dealer actually put this in writing and indicated that their price was negotiable - but only in person at the dealership (high pressure sale here we come). Run, do not walk away from this dealer.

Fantastic experience!!

Serhan Alkan was our sales representative at Bill Bryan KIA in Leesburg, FL. Serhan was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new 2020 Telluride. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. The entire experience was set up to be sure we were happy with our purchase. There was never one ounce of pressure. He has made himself available if we had questions and has even called me to answer any questions. We highly recommend Bill Bryan KIA and our sales representative Serhan Alkan.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Miguel Ulloa. He know everything about the Sorento we were interested and had answers for all of our questions. He was a good salesman but was not in any way high pressure in his sales approach.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service experience with any dealership I've ever done business with. I will never take my car there again and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same. Firstly my motor gave out on my Kia Optima, So I have it towed in for service. I was working with a manager there Mario at the time, it took 2 days for him to give me an answer on anything about my vehicle. I also had to call him to get that answer. After that, it took a week to get into a rental and I had to physically go down there and talk with him myself because he wouldn't return my calls. Once there I got my rental and went through the vehicle with Mario to get my kids car seat out in which we discussed other things in the car I will get to in a minute. A month goes by and I've heard nothing so I call. I was informed my motor was on back order but should be in with another week or two and id be ready to roll by the end of the month. End of the months goes and guess what? No call no nothing so I call again. This time I get a different rep that informs me Mario is no longer with the company he would be taking over and my motor is still on back order and will not be in until August 14th. Keep in mind were in May. Wow totally misinformed and mislead. So another month and half goes by and I get a phone call from a new rep!! Awesome experience so far! This man's name is Brandon who informs me my motor is in but I'll need a whole new wiring harness which will not be covered under warranty. I'm sorry what? Apparently, my cluster didn't work and the tech didn't know until they took it for a test drive. So you have flipped flopped me around almost 4 months now and it's taken you this long to realize there is a problem with my wire harness? Everytime I've taken a vehicle in they did a inspection on it. Taking down mileage etc etc. Which is what I went through with Mario the day I got my car seat out of the car so i know they are lying. Apparently, Kia doesn't do vehicle inspections on cars that are towed in. That's what i was told by both managers and the shop foreman which i know isn't true. So I'm being told now that the stereo system I had installed in the vehicle shorted the harness and that it's voided the warranty. My dash lights working properly when towed in the only issue with the vehicle was the motor. I tried to explain to them over and over this isn't a warranty issue. It was working when i dropped it off it should be working when i get it back. This goes back and forth for 2 days, with Brandon and his manager. So I escalate this issue up to the owner Bill Jr. He says that he was informed I cut into the wiring harness of the car and modified it to install the audio system. This is a lie and asked him to go through the vehicle with me which he refused. He told me he didn't need to see the vehicle. That he was told the tech had nothing to do with the inside of the vehicle and that they didn't touch anything in there. Which is funny because when i got my paperwork for the motor is shows where they connected to the system to do a back feed check and it came back good. This is done on the inside of the vehicle just in case anyone is wondering. Also if it came back good why is my gauge cluster not working? Not to mention the battery has to be disconnected to remove a motor from the vehicle and that my friend controls everything inside and out. Nothing comes from our conversation so feeling defeated I even offer to pay for half of the cost. I at least make an effort to find some middle ground with the owner. That went nowhere. I was told by Bill this is what we have attorneys for you can sue me and I'll need my rental car back today or you will start to be charged for it. This is far from customer service. Their staff lies so I can only imagine what they tell people who bring in there vehicles for service work. I would tread carefully when doing business with these people, it is 100% clear they care more about money than you as a customer. I am currently disputing this issue with corporate to hopefully get something resolved. I will never buy another Kia again nor would i recommend their vehicles to anyone.

Lies and Wasted Time

Found a car online. Spoke with sales on phone. Was told that the deal I wanted ($320/mo. and my trade) sounded good. Told her 3 or more times that I will need to drive 2 hours each way to make the deal and it has to be what we said. She said she spoke to management and to come on down, as long as my trade appraises, we are right there. Drove the 2 hours, my trade appraised perfectly, the notes on the phone call back up what I said. BUT sales manager says car will be in the high 400s and he's not obligated to do deal because notes didn't guarantee the price. Why did she say it? Why did you say make the drive? When I ask to get her to verify, he lies about her not being there. HORRIBLE day. Wasted a vacation day getting jerked around!

Bait and Switch

So at the Gym this morning I get a text from the dealership asking when would be a good time for me to come. I told them I'd head that way after I leave the gym. It took an hour drive to get there, then they tell me they took the car to their other dealership this morning and it was waiting for me. It's another 15 min away. I get to the other dealership to see my new car and the told me that someone else was signing the paperwork for it as we speak, however they had a couple other cars I could look at. I was shocked! I believe they tried to do a bait and switch with me, and the car I wanted never did exist at their dealership yet they thought if I came in that I would purchase something else??? I walked off their lot and wasted my Saturday because of a crooked car dealership. Live and learn. I will never go back to them.

Made My Day

I had the best experience at Bill Bryon Kia Of Leesburg that anyone could of asked for. I was greeted at the door by Tim Lile, my personal salesman. Tim listened to what I wanted. He took his time to show me what I was looking for. Explained in detail the accessories my new 2018 Kia has and left the door open for any future questions or concerns I may have. The process was painless. The people I met were all friendly. The finance advisor MJ was informative and pleasant. I recommend Bill Bryon Of Leesburg to anyone who may be looking for a vehicle of their choice. 5 stars guys!! Happy lady here!!

Very Knowledgeable & Courteous

I just recently moved here to Florida and had to purchase a vehicle. Your salesman Dallas was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and made me feel very comfortable thru the whole process. He stated that he was a former mechanic that transferred to sales and his expertise definitely showed. The managers and all staff I dealt with were professional and courteous from start to finish. Crooked people Buyer Beware

They sold us a car without disclosing that it had been in a previous car accident. We went to trade it in and were told by the dealership it had an unclean car fact. It drops the value of the car significantly. Per our Daughter who is an Attourney we took it back to see if they would make it right. They would not. JR the sales Manager told my husband he would give top dollar on a trade. He offered 1000 over the amount the dealer who disclosed them did. They are crooked. We will be litigating this. They are stupid too as we were second time buyers from them and they lied to us. They should have done the right thing as we only purchased this car from them in November of 2016. Shame on them. We are working on an expos'e with a station on this. This is wrong! I have had cancer and my husband has had a stroke. This is very bad for them to take advantage of us like this or anyone else for that matter.
