2023 Honda Pilot

This is my 7th new vehicle from this dealership. Every experience has been outstanding. Clear, consistent, straight forward, no hassle approach. Clean show room, courteous sales and finance staff. Could not ask for a better experience and recommend with no hesitation.

Quick & Efficient Factory Service

I scheduled a 1:00pm service appointment for our vehicle on Wednesday. My wife had a doctor's appointment nearby Lucas Honda and I was going to drop her off early at their office and go on to get the service done. When we went to the doctor's office there was a sign in the door that they were closed until 2:00pm for lunch. We went to Lucas Honda, hoping they could service our vehicle in time to make her appointment. Lucas Honda said they would attempt to get the service done in time for her doctor's appointment. As the time was approaching her 2:00pm appointment, Lucas Honda said they would have a driver take her to her appointment. As an announcement was being broadcast for a concierge driver, the service writer came up and said our vehicle service was complete, plus they hand washed, vacuumed the carpet and dressed the tires of our car. We made her doctor's appointment on time. That's what's called over and above great service.

Outstanding

I used to bring my vehicles to be serviced on one of the small shop nearby but then I experienced a whole lot better service at Lucas Honda. Ever since I bring all three Honda vehicles fir any periodic or repair service to them. Staff are very professional and honest in diagnosing any problem. One extra note, after service is done vehicle us washed good before delivering back to the owner. Outstanding service!

Great Service

The service agent was very helpful and was right there when we drove up. All the people we interacted with were excellent - polite, friendly, and they knew the answers to our questions. Our service went quickly - we were surprised when our car was finished so quickly. I highly recommend Lucas Honda.

Consistent Great Service

I have the Lucas Platinum service plan as we’ve done for cars we bought in 2014 (still running strong) and 2021. I’m spoiled by how each service visit is informative and honest. All of the scheduled maintenance has been essentially prepaid by the Platinum Plan through the life of my car warranty so each visit is friendly with no surprises or bad news! Service and support staff are great.

Service work performed

We have been a Steve Lucas Honda customer for 10 years, with both purchasing a new Pilot and having vehicles serviced. On this visit we had all fluids changed, front brake job, and a normal inspection. Although I had to bring the vehicle back twice after the service work was performed, it presented an opportunity for Steve Lucas Honda to make it right. They did not disappoint. Scott the service writer is a pleasure to work with. He agreed with my concerns and very quickly had the issues resolved while I waited. Simply put, this dealer stands behind their work 100% and that is why I will continue to be a loyal customer. 5 star service!

Great Service

My less than 7 month old HRV had a dead battery. I spoke to Scott in the service department and explained that I definitely did not leave any lights on. He told me to take it in and he would check the battery. Honda Roadside Assistance sent someone to jump start the battery and when Scott checked the battery was weak and he replaced it under the warranty. He also did a safety check and reassured me that everything was good with the car. This was a huge relief as the car had belonged to my husband who died 2 months ago and I am getting ready to give my car to our granddaughter. Our salesman Jim McDonald also gave me a refresher course on some of the features of the car that I wasn’t familiar with before I left. We have been customers of Lucas Honda for over 11 years and we were so pleased with the pre-paid maintenance plan with them for my old car that we bought one for the new vehicle.

Every employee at Lucas that I have encountered has always been professional, efficient, and polite. Clean and well kept customer lounge. I have the Lucas Platinum plan, they keep track of what needs to be done, I keep track of mileage, we get it done, and when work is completed, I have no concern about fees and $$$.

No waiting to get checked in. Everyone friendly! Took care of my needs fast (oil change) and completed a thorough check of all other basic aspects of my car and reviewed additional options with me. Car returned washed off and good to go. The lady taking care of me was a total professional.
