New truck

I had spoke to Donald Wyche about a month ago that I was interested in a F450 Dually and when the first one arrived he gave me a call to come look at it. Put deposit down and came back next day with trade in and they gave me what I wanted to get out of my old truck and the deal was made. Great dealership and a great group of guys to work with. Thanks to everyone at Duval Ford.

Fast, easy and professional

Susan was easy to work with and ultimately my husband has the truck of his dreams. Only Duval Ford had the truck and the after market kit with rims, tires, shocks, lift etc done by their body/service department is amazing. The truck is beautiful. Their service department is the best as well. We bought another Ford from a local dealer and they don’t even compare to Duval Ford. If they aren’t top rated they should be.

It was a good experience over all. I did not like that one accessory I purchased was not an installed price, while the other two accessories were. That needs to get fixed so there are no surprises. Now that the purchase is done, lets see how the aftercare is.

Mr Lebron Tonio was the best salesman i have ever had from the experience i had a interest rate almost illegal at 28% and got it lowered to a 3% he helped me every step of the way put me in the brand newest SUV ford escape and lowered my car note every month i wish nothing but success towards him and i am forever great full for him words truly cant express the happiness and financial freedom he has brought toward our family THANKYOU

Awesome service! I was able to test drive and purchase my vehicle with no issues what so ever. I had debt from a previous loan and they wiped that out for me so I started off with a new loan with no old baggage attached. Customer service is impeccable all the way around at Duval Ford.
