First Service

I spoke to my service rep George, he got me in straight away. I initially went for my oil change, George showed me that I still had 30% oil life left, which I appreciated. I was going on a long trip and went ahead with the oil change. George also noted that I had a recal. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just a software update. I was pleased that he didn’t want to do anything unnecessary. I left the truck at Spitzer and George called me back 90 minutes later to let me know the truck was ready. Overall the service and communication is great. I have been going to Spitzer for years and have yet to have any issues. Happy customer.

Spitzer Dodge has an impeccable customer service. I've been doing business with them for many years and it continues to be great. They always take the time to make sure you are their Number 1 customer. That makes the whole difference. Customer Service and making you feel right at home. I've had a chance to take my car for the first service maintenance and Bruno Caldas my Service Advisor is the best ! He treated me like a best friend and the service provided was amazing. He took the time to offer me a Maintenance Contract they had available and of course I was happy to take the deal. All around the Best Dealer I've had the experience to be in business with. Will continue to go back to them for sure.

Not the greatest

Honestly, this dealership is not the best at all. Though I live 8 mins away from them, I’d rather drive to doral to planet Dodge and jeep to get work done there. Every time I’ve taken my car to Spitzer, my car is there ALL DAY! Over 8 hours, I can never get clear answers and have to constantly call or show up to the shop for answers. Service team honestly sucks. Thankfully I met Bruno Caldas. He’s the Only service team member that has been customer friendly, helpful and courteous. The rest always seem to be in a bad mood, ignore customers when they are standing there to be attended, when you call it’s almost impossible that they answer and if they do, you’re always on hold for over 15 mins. Never had a good experience here if I am being honest. Planet dodge in doral usually have better deals, are wayyyy quicker to fix the cars even oil changes and are customer friendly all around. If you do decide to go, ask for Bruno Caldas in service, he’s the only one that genuinely cares and helps.

If you have any issues with your Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep vehicle I can wholeheartedly recommend Spitzer Dodge in Homestead's Service Department which is run by Edin Colon (service manager). You will receive top notch service! Edin treated us like family and kept us well informed of the progress of our repairs.I was even given a beautiful sporty Challenger to drive as a loaner. It was a real treat! This dealership truly deserves a five star review because they have earned it! You won't be disappointed.

Great Experience, Great Dealership

I only have positive things to say about this dealership and the experience that came with it. From the get go, Lenny Medina (my sales rep) welcomed me in with kindness and a great sense of humor. She didn’t waste time either. I immediately got to test drive the Jeep that brought me there and immediately fell in love. Lenny guided me through the rest of the process with ease and, well, the rest is history. I’m now a part of the Jeep gang and couldn’t be happier! I also want to give a shout out to my friend Jesse Martinez (sales manager) for scoping out this Jeep for me and setting the stage. Spitzer CDJR and its people are a gem and I highly recommend you go there if you’re in the car market. Thanks again all who helped me and making me feel like a million bucks!
