onHonestly, this dealership is not the best at all. Though I live 8 mins away from them, I’d rather drive to doral to planet Dodge and jeep to get work done there. Every time I’ve taken my car to Spitzer, my car is there ALL DAY! Over 8 hours, I can never get clear answers and have to constantly call or show up to the shop for answers. Service team honestly sucks. Thankfully I met Bruno Caldas. He’s the Only service team member that has been customer friendly, helpful and courteous. The rest always seem to be in a bad mood, ignore customers when they are standing there to be attended, when you call it’s almost impossible that they answer and if they do, you’re always on hold for over 15 mins. Never had a good experience here if I am being honest. Planet dodge in doral usually have better deals, are wayyyy quicker to fix the cars even oil changes and are customer friendly all around. If you do decide to go, ask for Bruno Caldas in service, he’s the only one that genuinely cares and helps.
