I decided to try this location as opposed to the Hollywood location, mainly due to the poor service recieved in Hollywood, where I experienced staff with attitude problems, chipped the paint on a door handle and they denied it, over pressurised tyres (alarm went off within 2 mins of leaving the facility, and found all 4 tyres to be 10 PSI over the recommended 34PSI) and the excess time taken as opposed to what was origanally estimated. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appointment, and was greeted by service manager Mario Betancur, who was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was completed well within the 1.5 hrs he'd estimated. I'll be using this location for future service work.

My sales representative Don Leighton is a genuinely awesome person. I was so sad when I went to Autonation Honda dealership because I was dealing with a 2023 Toyota Carolla SE that's defective and Toyota's manufacturer's specialists lied concerning my car. After many repairs, lead to lower back pain. Don showed empathy from the very beginning as I gathered information about trading in my Toyota for a 2024 Honda. He even went as far as to introduce me to Honda's General Manager Ailed Riverol. He then assured me if I have a problem to contact him directly. With the help of Don Leighton, I went ahead and trade my car in and purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport. The process was very easy thanks to Don and all his colleagues that were also friendly; creating a great environment to do business. It's been a few weeks and I'm happy with my purchase :) Thanks! Totally Refreshing Sales Experience

I have bought several Honda vehicles over the years and decided to buy from Auto Nation Honda in Hollywood Fl as a family member enlightened me that my regular dealer was not giving me the best deal. He was so right as I sat down to do numbers, the transparency and no pressure sales approach was genuinely surprising. I would like say that Rodrick and his teammates make buying a car a pleasure again, he has made a customer for life.

I called the Service Department and made an appointment with Leidy Gomez for November 30th. When I arrived at 10:00 am, I was greeted by Leidy and we discussed what my vehicle needed, an oil change and new tires. She gave me an estimate and an approximate time my vehicle would be ready. She called within thirty minutes of the estimated time to say it was ready. I picked up my car and the cost was exactly as estimated. Leidy followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with work performed. It was a great experience!!

I would like to take the time to acknowledge the superior sales and customer service that was provided to me at Autonation Honda Hollywood. I was recommended by a family friend to check out this dealership. On Nov 11, 2023, I had the pleasure of working with a team of three who made my experience wonderful. Before coming to this dealership, I went to a few other places and I was not finding the "perfect" car. As soon as I walked in we were greeted by Joey Rodriguez and Roderick Williams, both introduced themselves. We immediately saw the 2024 Black CRV-Sport Touring in the display room and asked to test drive it. The vehicle itself is impeccable and was exactly what I was looking for. Joey and Roderick had great personalities that made it comfortable for us to be open with any concerns and explore the leasing or buying options. In addition, my father only speaks Spanish so Joey was able to further explain in Spanish for a better understanding. As I mentioned, I went to Honda's competitors and I spoke with other sales personnel but Joey is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with when it comes to down to business and the numbers. In addition, Roderick had so much patience with me as I wanted to see the SUV in another color. He took his time showing us the CVR Sport touring as he informed us how it is fuel efficient, the details of the car's style, and all of its safety features. Once I was done with the initial team, I finished signing the documents with Nathalie Chery Thompson. She also explained the next process to us. Nathalie was very welcoming. I want to show my gratitude to this team. I will highly recommend future buyers to ask for Joey or Williams. The way this team made the process of buying a car so easy is unbelieve. What a wonderful environment to purchase a car. Joey, Roderick and Nathalie, thank you!

Great team! You'll feel like family here! They actually care about you and your car. I've had bad experiences at another dealership where I originally purchased my car and I wish I switched sooner. It's crazy to say, but I never had the other dealership to open the hood of my car on arrival and be able to show me some issues I may be experiencing with my car. Things I was concerned about and was told previously not to worry or was pushed aside. My advisor was being trained by Carlos, I wish I remembered the advisor's name. He was very nice and down to earth. This is my forever place now!
