Great job helping in a pinch

I want to let you know about 2 gentlemen that helped me out in a pinch. I had my 2021 Challenger Redeye towed to the Delray location after getting a flat on the Turnpike. Geovanni and Ben in the service dept did a great job of facilitating and getting my flat tire fixed. When I bought the vehicle from this dealership, I purchased all the insurance coverage that comes with the vehicle, but the tire protection was rejected on the computer system. They got on the phone and called Allstate to find out why they rejected the insurance claim, given the coverage, and were able to get it approved quickly. Unfortunately, the jack to lift the car was broken, but they also stayed late to get the tire fixed and to bring a jack from another dealership to have the tire replaced quickly, so that I wouldn't miss my son's 16th birthday party. I can't say enough good things about them and the service they provided. Thank you so much!

I purchased my car from Delray Schumacher and it’s the only place I take my baby for service. My service tech Benjamin is the greatest. I was a little disappointed when he left, but he was there at my last service and boy was I happy to see him. If you want quality service buy a car from Schumacher and take your car there for service.

There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. There were no unwanted extras put on the purchase price. The internet price was not negotiable, but the vehicle was priced appropriately and the lowest I found. Extras were offered in the finance office but after declining, there was no pressure to buy. Easiest car purchase ever!!!

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Cindy was my Service contact person. She was outstanding in helping me with getting my car Service and all recall issues resolved. She was in constant contact with me throughout the day until my car was complete. She was actually able to complete everything in one day all though she thought it would take a couple of days. There should be more employees with great customer service like Cindy because they are hard to find.

Cindy my service person was absolutely awesome! She was caring and did everything she could to help me with my recall issues. Originally she thought it would take a few days but she got it done the same day! My mechanic Beau was also awesome. They kept me informed all day until my car was ready. I Love Schumacher in Delray.
