I went through Costco Auto for my 2024 Audi Q3 purchase. I received an immediate call from Tate Dimke , a sales representative for Audi of Clearwater. He was very personable and answered all my questions. Although he didn't have the exact car I wanted, he was able to locate the exact car at another dealership. He did a dealer trade and my car showed up a couple of days later. The actual deal was straight forward, no gimmicks or forced dealer add-ons that some dealers are doing these days - a big turn off for me. I enjoyed the process and have already sent Tate a referral. I would do business with Tate and Audi of Clearwater in the future.

My car has always been serviced at Crown Audi. Mandy Waters has always provided excellent advice for what needs to be accomplished on my car. Her explanations are clear, understandable and thorough. I appreciate everything she does to make the service experience easyband trouble-free. Sye is exceptional and the main reason I continue to have my car service at Crown Audi.

An Enjoyable Experience

Everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces. I genuinely felt very comfortable throughout the process. Tate Dimke was my salesman. He’s a good guy and I enjoyed getting to know him while we were doing paperwork. Followed by sitting with Ryan Wolfe who handled all my financing. I also had a great conversation with him. The whole experience makes me want to be a repeat customer of Audi Clearwater. It’s worth noting I drove from Port Saint Lucie to make this purchase. I will most definitely be recommending them. Tate was awesome and answered all of my questions. He was extremely familiar with the vehicle I was purchasing and explained all of the features and set up. He was not a high-pressure salesman but someone who would work with me to make sure that I got the car I wanted.

Bought an Audi A5 Cabriolet S premium yesterday at Audi of Clearwater. The overall experience was fabulous. The best part of the experience was our sales person Vilius Vainilavicius. He went out of his way to do everything he could to make our experience exceptional. Each person we encountered was helpful and welcoming. We love our Audi and the experience at Audi of Clearwater!

We were in town visiting family for the weekend. Our Q5 threw a code and was having an issue on Saturday afternoon. Happened to be about 5 miles to Clearwater Audi, so we limped there. Joanna met us at the door, listen to our situation and has the technicians looking at the vehicle in minutes. Gave us a loaner to go and get lunch while they checked things out. Techs fixed the electrical issue by the time we got back from lunch. Outstanding service.

"Big Al", Sameh and team were consummate professionals. Transparent and responsive from the beginning, Al instantly came off as trustworthy and genuine, which was extremely important considering I was purchasing a car sight unseen from the other side of the country. The whole experience was nothing short of superb.

We drove all the way from Plant City to purchase a used vehicle from Audi Clearwater, and I must say we had a very pleasant experience from the start to the end. I am in the business and wanted to find a vehicle for a family member, so after searching on CarGurus for a day or so we found one here w/ insanely low mileage, and what looked to be immaculate exterior/interior photos. We called and spoke to Tate Dimke who was VERY transparent and VERY helpful. We text a bit back and forth, he informed me there were no surprises with pricing (which is rare now-a-days), even went out of his way to send a signed buyers order and an NADA bookout for the exact vehicle. This is extremely helpful because most Used Car dealerships have “reconditioning fees” which is something we were not willing to pay, so having a signed buyers order helped tremendously and we certainly appreciated the transparency. Fast forward to seeing the car, just as Tate said, absolutely flawless. I must say the process here was something you don’t typically see/get anymore with current industry trends, all in all a very positive experience and would recommend Tate and the entire group to anyone looking into a vehicle. Thanks guys!

My headlight went out so I needed it repaired immediately. I mentioned that I had to put a couple of quarts of oil in over the past few months. They did the multipoint and found I needed a new seal. All work was done within hours! Shawn Burns kept me informed the whole way! This was on a Saturday, so even more impressive! I love the video they send from the mechanic too.

2017 Audi Q7 oil change & 60K service

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told by Nick Spesia it would actually time pretty soon for the 60K service and that I might want to consider buying a package for the next two services. I was asked if we were planning on keeping the car for at least another two years, if not package wasn't worth it. Said I was unsure. He said he would get me a quote. Went ahead with the oil change. When he gave me the service package quote it would save me about $360 as opposed to purchasing the two services a la carte. I had spoken with my spouse in the meantime and we decided we would be keeping the car for at least two years, so I told him I wanted to go ahead and purchase the service package. So he proposed I pay for the service package immediately, do the 60K service now (car was at 58K+), get a courtesy rental car and since the 60K service included an oil change, not be charged separately for this oil change and pick up our car the next day. All told he thoughtfully figured a way to save me about $500 and I was very appreciative of his initiative. Could've just charged me for the oil change and had me come in 2K miles later and pay for the service that included another oil change.
