My headlight went out so I needed it repaired immediately. I mentioned that I had to put a couple of quarts of oil in over the past few months. They did the multipoint and found I needed a new seal. All work was done within hours! Shawn Burns kept me informed the whole way! This was on a Saturday, so even more impressive! I love the video they send from the mechanic too.

2017 Audi Q7 oil change & 60K service

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told by Nick Spesia it would actually time pretty soon for the 60K service and that I might want to consider buying a package for the next two services. I was asked if we were planning on keeping the car for at least another two years, if not package wasn't worth it. Said I was unsure. He said he would get me a quote. Went ahead with the oil change. When he gave me the service package quote it would save me about $360 as opposed to purchasing the two services a la carte. I had spoken with my spouse in the meantime and we decided we would be keeping the car for at least two years, so I told him I wanted to go ahead and purchase the service package. So he proposed I pay for the service package immediately, do the 60K service now (car was at 58K+), get a courtesy rental car and since the 60K service included an oil change, not be charged separately for this oil change and pick up our car the next day. All told he thoughtfully figured a way to save me about $500 and I was very appreciative of his initiative. Could've just charged me for the oil change and had me come in 2K miles later and pay for the service that included another oil change.

Audi Q3 tire replacement and alignment

I was provided a quote for 4 new tires and an alignment during routine maintenance. My service advisor, Jessica Geneva, reviewed the quote with me and told me when I was ready to do the work, to call in a few days in advance so she could cj do atick, reserve my loaner car, etc. I called on a Monday and scheduled the work for Thursday. When I arrived, my loaner was ready, Jessica reviewed everything and I was out the door in 15 minutes. I was kept up to date during the day, and when I returned it was also fast and efficient. Thanks Audi and thanks Jessica.

A3 Quattro Parking Brake motor failure

My 2016 A3 Quattro S Line parking brake light kept coming on. Additional messages on the display said the parking brake was not working, then it started flashing on and off that it was on. All while I was driving. I made a service appointment for the following day and dropped it off. My service advisor was Nick Specia. He was professional and courteous. A loaner vehicle was given and several hours later I was informed via text messages as to the problem. I’m not a fan of text messages and approving a repair via text so I called. I also have Audi Pure Protection and wanted to make sure the repair was covered less my deductible. After not being able to reach Nick, I left a message. I was finally able to speak to Nick and was assured my protection plan would cover the repair. I went to pick up my car a few days later and all I paid was my deductible. I’m happy with the service performed and the service department in general. BTW the electronic parking brake motors are not something that breaks often (from what I was told) there are 2 of them and run about $1000 each with labor. Just FYI

I recently purchased a new Q5 hybrid knowing that my service during my ownership would be stress free. I asked during my purchase if Mandy Walters was still with their service department and thankfully she was. I had an Audi a few years ago and she always made needing service a pleasure. Tate Dimke did a great job on trying to find me the SUV that would replace my Escalade. I was ready to leave because the 2 preowned models didn’t have what I wanted. Tate took the time to talk with me to get a better understanding of what I wanted! The SQ7 was just what the doctor ordered! After driving it I couldn’t say no! Great job from the sales manager and service manager too!
