onAgreed on a price over the phone. They increased the price when I drove in to buy the car. No good excuse. Complete waste of time. I would avoid them at all costs.

Great Sales Experience

onBy far the best experience I have had buying a car. I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 that was fully loaded. The sales people were true to their word and did not play any "games". Would recommend this dealership with reservation. I will purchase amother vehicle from them. GO Crowley!

onJon Bryant, Bill Wenzel and Mark Carlione made the buying experience very pleasurable. They were quick to accomadate us by meeting our needs and wants and securing the best favorable agreement for both parties. My wife and I have our last 6 vehicles at Crowley's Chrysler Jeep Ram over the last 20 years. They treat us well and we will continue to do business with Jon, Bill and Mark in the future.

Poor Service

onI had the unfortunate pleasure of going to this dealership. I was completely dissatisfied with the service by the sales manager Mark G. This individual will act nice to you when he thinks he will make a sale, however, he is horrible when the sale does not take place and is completely rude beyond belief. I ended up going to another dealership which gave me instant approval on a new Ford f150.

onI started a phone call to Crowley about pricing bitter over the past weeks experience with other dealerships. I told them flat out I wasn't even wasting time driving 30 minutes if they were NOT willing to move off price quoted, as was the result elsewhere. Sales manager Mark G. assured me they could (and did )get me as close to the price requested as possible. There were 20 or more people being helped when I got there because of a sale and I got the pleasure of talking with a sales member Bill who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all details of the sale and the Durango I purchased! Ultimately, I left with the certified vehicle with almost NO miles an awesome warranty and best, an unbeatable price! Truth be told, without Crowley doing their part where others have bombed; I likely couldn't afford the SUV otherwise! They found themselves a new loyal customer! ----- E. B.

No stress buying of 2014 GLI

onA couple of days ago I bought a new Jetta GLI form Crowley VW in Plainville CT. If I knew that they will offer me such a good price for the car, I would have bought it long time ago. I am a normal car buyer I feel fear talking with dealers, but CrowleyVW was the only place that I could complete the whole deal online simply through e-mails with a dealer. Essentially I did the whole negotiating online and still cant believe what a great deal I got. As of the GLI this is a fantastic car. I drove a Subaru and a Volvo and I am so glad I got the GLI. The regular Jetta is great, but the GLI is a class above. With a brand new 210hp car, I am getting 35mpg on the highway and around 30mpg in the city and it has this smoothness that you normally dont expect from a trubo engine yet it has this amazing torque that makes it so fast. It feels quite light compared to the Subaru and the Volvo S60 that I test-drove and yet it feels so solid. I cant be happier with a car purchase. Thank you Harry and Dominic for not being pushy, fantastic dealer job. You saved me a lot of stress. Stanko Mantchev

Easy Peasy, No Hassles

onIve been looking to upgrade my 2008 Grand Cherokee for approx. 5 months. Having shopped around at all the Jeep dealers from Htfd to Wallingford. The guys at Crowley in Bristol made the conclusion of this process as easy and fun as possible. If you know what you want (and heck, even if you are uncertain), see Ted, the Sales Manager. I was expecting another smarmy sales guy that was only going to give me 5 minutes. Instead, he was engaged, knowledgeable and helpful. All the while, his sense of humor helped the daunting paperwork process fly by. He made the process exciting and I realized that heck, even at 37, I could still be giddy like a school girl over my new purchase-. One of the main reasons I walked onto the sales floor was because I had a previous need to service my '08 Cherokee. The Service Dept was tops too. If it wasn't for them leaving a good perception behind, I wouldn't have given the sales team a thought. So, from shopping to signing, this dealership is tops.

onHad a good sales experience here. Mark the internet sales manager was great and worked hard to get our business. He was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Leased a second jeep several months later. Nice driving vehicles with only a few minimal complaints(window motors go figure). A little better gas mileage would be great. Main issue was chrysler financial. They kept mixing our payments so one was always underpayed. Almost effected my credit rating. Was getting several collection calls a day(no less than 30 total..really!) Each time the rep would claim they fixed the problem---not. This all ocurred during a time I was recovering from major surgery. Had to threaten to call the Attorney general's office. Finally resolved but have to think twice about doing business with Chrysler ever again. Don't hesitate to work with Mark Carlone, he's a prince.
