Mike was our salesman and he did a great job acquiring our business. Very attentive, listened to our requests, didn't get discouraged and managed to find the perfect used vehicle for us after 2 months. He didn't overwhelm us for a sale, just reached out when a vehicle became available. He offered other possible options, but didn't get discouraged or uninterested when we declined his suggestions and stuck with the goal.

Just wanted to share my review out of frustration. Bought Ford Maverick hybrid, the one my wife like and wanted it. Traded in my ford escape good deal and reasonable. Picked up the truck in few hours key fob stopped working, the only way to lock and unlock the truck is through the Ford app. Drove to Loveland ford few time to get this fixed now it’s going to take few more weeks to get fixed, it’s some tech issues. Planned on a spring break vacation have to cancel it. It’s just time consuming take atleast couple of hours back and forth. Although it’s been What should I do at this point ? It makes me to doubt if it’s really certified ? Is it worth making this investment? Should I just return it buy something else ?

Near-Perfect Expedition!

My sales person, Mike Sitzman listened to everything I said about the vehicle I wanted. He stayed proactive in searching and watching for vehicles. I was open to a used F-150, but my first choice was a used Expedition. Mike sent me a text with a couple photos of a 2019 that came into the dealership as a trade. The vehicle hadn't even been washed or vacuumed, but he knew it was a gem. I couldn't make it down to see it the next day, so he did a walk-through video for me and sent that. Mike understands the market well enough to know that these vehicles are hard to find with low miles, in great condition and that they sell quickly. The Expedition had nearly every feature I was looking for including the light color interior package (VERY hard to find!). So other than a couple minor things to fix, it was a great find and I'm happy it worked out. Thanks Mike!

2023 Aviator

Pat Seery is a Pro. We put him through a lot of iterations before we pulled the trigger on a 2023 Aviator. It was challenging because we couldn't order a 2024 and get the HUD option. A bit confusing but non the less that's the case. Pat was able to find a new 2023 that had all of the options we wanted.

we inquired about our Ranger after we saw it on the internet. We corresponded with our sales representative with several questions initially, and then sent in several questions for when we came in for the test drive. All our questions were answered and we negotiated a purchase price. Then, before we were allowed to check out, we had to sit through a litany of extended warranty "opportunities". It would have been nice to have been made aware of these options ahead of time rather than sitting through them when you're ready to write a check and go home.

Throttle Body Repair

while driving my 2015 F150, it started missing and several alarms appeared on the instrument panel. I pulled over and shut down, restarted and same thing. Got a tow to the Loveland Ford dealer. Initially I was advised I would be scheduled for 4 weeks away. Luckily for me, there were several cancellations the next morning and they were able to get me in since my truck was there. They determined I had a malfunctioning Throttle Body. It was ordered and the next day I was notified my truck was fixed .his worked out well for me and rather than being 4 weeks out, I was in/out in 3 days.

Great truck. Great service until I purchased the truck, then everyone was too busy to give me a thorough delivery or even respond to questions I texted them. It has a manual that was helpful, but I ended up going to another dealership to figure out the towing features. Its a lot newer than my old truck and a lot has changed. I spent a lot of money there. I don’t think answering my emails or spending a hour with me to go over all the new features is too much to ask. I wont go back.
