Let me just start by saying Darren was the absolute best person I have ever bought a car from! So some context, I live in San Diego and for about a month straight I went from dealer to dealer trying to order an M3 Competition Xdrive and pretty much got told I’ll never get one or get in line and wouldn’t even give me the time of day. I made my way up to Thousand Oaks (calling/emailing not physically driving there) and Rusnak and Darren was so easy to work with. I wanted an Individual color (Daytona Violet Metallic) and he kept me in the loop when they would be able to order one. The communication was amazing and it came out exactly as I had dreamed. I would 100% recommend Rusnak and specifically Darren to everyone. Beautiful dealership too by the way!

I had a stellar experience with Ryan, super responsive and easy to work it, during this process I also met Rex who was passionate about cars as I was and it’s nice to speak intelligently about cars with no hidden agenda. Just a cool place to be and both helped in the process. Then off to finance where I don’t look forward to this process as it’s very stressful with all the additional insurance policies forced to me. Except Nancy who happened to be the one helping me with paperwork was super cautious and caring and really cared about what I needed, never in my car buying experience have I ever purchased any additional insurance or extended warranty, for the first time i did :) Simply put it was a great experience, easy atmosphere to say the least. Thank you!

Darren Evans has a personable and easy approach. His product knowledge is thorough, he has great customer service, and he exercises patience during decision making moments. He made buying a new car quick and easy starting with informative emails to taking possession of a fabulous new car. It was immediately evident to me that he had years of experience in the field and knew not to apply any pressure.

I just picked up my 2023 m3 competition from rusnak bmw and I can say that everyone there is so willing to help and genuine and equally as excited for you to get your car as you are to get it. Darren evans helped me out and made the process the easiest experience ever and updated me every step of the way while also dealing with me bugging about my car order every week. I reccomend everyone to talk to Darren because he’s one of the nicest people I have met and will take care of all your needs .

Absolutely loved my experience working with Rusnak BMW! Ryan and his team went the extra mile to make our purchase a wonderful experience. We purchased the car online from Northern CA and flew into Burbank to pick it up. They went above and beyond and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. We love our new BMW and appreciate the time Rusnak took to make sure we were highly satisfied with the process.

Easy peazy

My 2008 bmw died. Ryan and Lecoya were kind, knowledgeable, and honest. They did not do the stereotypical car salesperson schtick. They gave me a very fair price for my used bmw and got me into a precertified used bmw at a fair price. Having just dealt with a number non-BMW dealerships buying a car for my daughter, this was a very pleasant experience.

2020 M4 Competition

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rusnak BMW and their team. To give perspective, I went into the dealership 2 weeks before making my purchase. I was not set on a certain vehicle nor was I a huge fan of BMW to begin with. However, after my test drive and talking numbers, I was convinced. Darren is the best of the best and knows how to not only be a good Rusnak team member; he treats his customers like family. I'm excited for my new M4 and will certainly be going back in the future.
