Due Bill not honored

I purchased a used vehicle from Pacific Honda in August. I received a "Due Bill" to have a part replaced on the interior of the door. No big deal. After not hearing anything for a week I followed up. I was given the run around by my sales person. I follow up for the next few weeks with no real answer of any sort. I always get a "I'll call you back." Never did receive a call back of any sort. Over a month after purchase I finally get through to a manager. Turns out the part was never ordered. Dope. He says they'll get it ordered and give me a call. Never did. I replaced the part myself last week. Cost $50 and took me about 3 minutes. Thanks guys. Appreciate the service. Absolute trash. Way to uphold your end of a agreed upon contract.

I walked in and Tariq greeted me. I informed him what I needed and I got the Clarity I wanted. Because the excellent service Tariq and the manager offered, I bought the service package as my expression of my gratitude. The best exprience I've ever had!

Worked with Jimmy and Ahmed - both very knowledgeable about the HRV I was inquiring about and showed me a lot of fun features of the car. Sales Managers Andrea and Mark were great. Andrea did not give up on me and persevered to get a deal that worked for my financial situation. Mark was great to answer all of my leasing questions as this is my first leased car.

We recently bought a Clarity from Pacific Honda in San Diego. The atmosphere was very pleasant and low key. At no time did we feel that we were being pressured to buy the car. Our salesperson, Jeff McPike, did an incredible job explaining the car to us and answering all of our questions. He was always very polite, very knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us. Without a doubt, we would recommend Pacific Honda to anyone.

Not enough words to describe how great this team is and how easy they'd make your car buying experience. Everyone from Fred to Mark, Jeff and finance folks. Great team that would help you get your best deal. I personally shopped around and this team was best by far. I would highly recommend everyone that looking for a new Honda to swing by these folks and talk to them. I found them honest and helpful. Thank you so much for making it a fun experience!

Excellent Buying Experience

Loved the buying experience at Pacific Honda with Jojie Delfin. I explained that I wasn't in a hurry but that I would definitely let him know when I was ready to move forward. Initially I test drove the Accord and loved it but after taking time to really think about what I wanted, the CR-V is what I ended up purchasing. Jojie made it easy (for me, haha not for him)! He gave me time & space to consider the options but was very responsive when I had questions. I am extremely particular and I work in sales so the experience with him was awesome. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and helped me find the exact interior/exterior/trim levels and colors that I wanted. I drove a pretty hard bargain but he definitely made it work for me. The only (small) negative is that I have some unanswered questions for finance that I haven't heard back on but nothing else was bad here. I would highly recommend Jojie at Pacific Honda!

Best ever buying experience

Wow! This place did an amazing job selling us our new car. We first got help from Richard who was knowledgeable, honest and not pushy. He gave us time to think about what we wanted. He also brought his boss Juan in to assist us in getting a payment that was in our price range. And Scott, who handled our paperwork was patient, kind and helpful, showing us how to operate our new car. Juan definitely sets the tone. Everyone is friendly and seems to actually care about the customer.

Lightning fast transaction and it was a Sunday! Managers were amazing and personable. No stuck-up attitude at this store, very friendly and fun. Nice to see a store with managers who are willing to step out from "behind the curtain" and speak with you directly. I think my whole deal took about 30 minutes! Bought through Costco so that saves tons of time as well :-)

My sales person really helped me get a good deal on the car I wanted even though I was a first time buyer Fred really worked on me with the payments I was able to make store manager Juan really helped me out a lot plus he spoke Spanish really do recommend for first time buyers. I had an outstanding experience with Pacific Honda during the recent purchase of my new vehicle. I had hesitated for weeks to visit any dealership due to prior car shopping experiences but finally decided to give Pacific a try, primarily due to their great online reviews. Every aspect of the process was pleasant. Ahmed (Sales rep), Mark (Sales manager), and Samantha (Finance manager) were all such a pleasure to work with! I had a great time test driving the car, completing the paperwork, and driving off with my new car. I used Costco's Auto program which provided a transparent, haggle-free, shopping experience which relieved a tremendous amount of stress. Working with the team at Pacific really was fun though and I highly recommend checking them out!

We had a great experience with our purchase recently. We live in San Diego four months each winter and we’re able to trade our car easily (for fair price) and Pacific Honda helped with complications of primary residence out of state. And ... sales guy Ahmed was ah-some!!

Great experience with leasing a car. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I recommend Greg for anyone who is looking to buy a car but also wants to explore the options available with no rush and no pressure. Greg was very personable and patient answering all questions and concerns regarding both the vehicles and leasing details. Also helped with getting insurance right there and fast. Would definitely recommend to anyone who values their time and appreciates great service

An excellent car leasing experience at Pacific Honda

This is the second time leasing a car from Pacific Honda and I have to say that their sales department is great! I was looking for to lease a 2019 Honda Civix and reached out to Pacific Honda to understand their Presidents Day promotion. I had the pleasure to work with Fabrice Borel again as he helped us with our first lease, a 2019 Honda Odyssey! Fabrice was very responsive, promising to get back to me with quotes within the hour, which he did. He took into consideration what I was asking for and came back with a deal that I was very satisfied with! I went in to Pacific Honda to meet the team and get the car and it was all very easy with no pressure to add additional items. We inspected the car, signed the paperwork, met the very friendly General Manager Erik Nelson and we were on our way! I highly recommend Pacific Honda if you are in the southern California area. :)
