The long wait is over!!!

In the end it was a great experience buying a car from Roseville BMW. I ordered my BMW M440 in September 2023 and was told to expect it in 3 to 4 months. I heard nothing from the salesman for 3 months so in December I called to find out when to expect my car no one knew and a production date was not available. Turns out my salesman had quit after I ordered the car. Tyler was assigned as my new contact and things got much better after that. He set me up with a website that allowed me to track the progress of my car from the ground up to completion, shipment and arrival at the dealership. The purchase and delivery was relaxed, comfortable and smooth. I was able to purchase the car at very fair price and the sales manager Bob helped me get a $1000 credit from BMW that I would have missed out on with out his advice. I expect to keep and enjoy this car for many years. When I’m next in the market for a car Roseville BMW is going to be my first stop for those of you reading this review it should be your first stop too!!

Great sales service!

Fantastic sales experience. In a few hours I was taking home the car of my dreams. Tory and his team were very attentive and I appreciate that the sales experience was very easy and quick. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They made me feel like I have known them for a long time.

Tire pressure

Brought my car to check why my rear tires are losing too much air, kept getting alert on my dashboard despite adding more air, this problem became more prominent after new tires were installed at this dealership. So I was told there is nothing wrong with my tires and I simply needed to reset them. Sounds that simple !!! Literally few days later got the same alert again which is annoying, now with my busy schedule I have to find time to bring my car back so finally someone could figure out what is wrong, tired of it......

Nghia is THE MAN!!!!!

Every time I take my BMW i4 M50 to Roseville BMW, Nghia provides EXCELLENT service. He's always ready to go, processes my service needs STAT, and my car is always ready before the time he estimates. I can forgive the fact that he's a Warriors and Niners fan...nobody is perfect. Thank you Nghia!

From the Service Advisors to the Techs, BMW of Roseville has the best service department I’ve experienced after owning over 2 dozen cars in my lifetime! Nghia Nguyen is my Advisor and he always takes care of my car’s needs, plus his recommendations gets the job done right the first time! My limited interaction with the other Advisors in the service dept has also been favorable.

Long Delay

When I went in after I had already made the appointment after confirmation that a free service was due, the Tech said he was not sure if a free service could be done. He could not explain why since the previous service was over a year ago at 5,000 miles and mileage was not 16,000. When I booked I had advised that we would be coming from Stockton so the lady said she was placing the vehicle for "express service" which would be done in an hour. The person at the service desk said it would not be ready until 2.30 and he would call. He did not call. When we went there at 2.30 it was still not ready. He asked us to wait in the lounge. At 3.30 I went back and asked what was happening and he said "they just finished."

Excellent Service

Scheduled my appointment a few days in advance and they had plenty of available appointments. I arrived and was immediately attended to with superb customer service. The waiting area was very pleasant with complimentary coffee. It took less than an hour for my services and I was on the road again. They did various other checks on my vehicle and did not try to upsell me services I did not need. I’ll definitely return.

Fastest service ever!

I had the best experience with BMW Roseville this past month. It was a long drive from the bay area for me but DJ was so awesome that he had everything ready for me before I reached the dealership. I was out of the dealership within 2 hours. He was very knowledgable about the car and answered all my questions in detail. Everybody I talked to at the dealership was very professional and knowledgable. I would definitely go there for my next BMW as well.

Custom Order, Smooth Process and Great Service

Went to BMW of Roseville to custom order a X3 m40i after another local dealer told me to come back another day. BMW of Roseville was informative, upfront, and allowed me to test drive a model on the lot. They were able to quickly place an order for the vehicle, which took 6 weeks in total from order to build to delivery (BMW SUVs are assembled in South Carolina). I was in constant contact with the sales associate who was responsive to all my requests. Overall the process went smooth and the service was great.
