Farzi Rashid really took care of my daughter in purchasing her first car from a dealership. As a mother, I just came along to help with the limited knowledge I have with regards to price, interest rates, etc. We had some difficulty with getting a full coverage car insurance policy. This was NOT the dealership’s fault, but an issue in California in general. Little did we know, it would take almost 3 weeks to get a full coverage policy. We were worried we’d lose the car due to the wait on the policy effective date. But Farzi and Audi Ontario worked with us and secured the car for us. They didn’t have to do that, but they were more than willing to. Today we were able to finish the transaction and get the car!!!! It was probably the smoothest car purchase ever. Everybody involved was very honest, professional, accommodating, kind and took the time to explain everything without being pushy. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Audi Ontario. Thank you Farzi, for helping my daughter and making this purchase happen.🙏

We worked with Tania to purchase a used Q7 and she helped make it a speedy, seamless process. Living 100 miles away, all of the work was done over the phone and text and she was quick to respond and super helpful. She worked with us up until the night on the evening we found the car and sent us videos and answered all of our questions quickly over the phone. She was available first thing in the morning to draw up contract details and personally delivered the car to us which was massively appreciated and beneficial. Overall, her she offered A+ service - professional, quick to respond and great to work with. We’re very happy with our purchase and the overall process.

We bought a car today from Audi Ontario and had the best experience! You guys gotta go see Farzy he got us the car we wanted without all the back and forth that most car salesman do. Farzy was able to get the price of the car and the payment lower then any other dealership we went to and we were in and out of the dealership in no time. I would for sure buy another car from Farzy and Audi of Ontario. Trust me, they made miracles happen and were so accommodating and polite through the whole process. Do your research prior to dealing with any used car salesman. I've yet to come across an honest one yet. One would think a high-end dealer may be different. The answer is an emphatic no. The Walker Group employs the same tactics and training as if I was at Joe's Jalopies. Case in point: a 1 yr old Tacoma priced $1k below NEW MSRP. I requested a realistic sales price which brought value to my purchase and profit to the their business. Agreed upon ONLY if I purchased their "low-jack" security system for $1,625. I declined and was informed it was $500 to remove it. Know that these security systems are cold hard margin and profit and cost pennies for parts and less for install for their lot boys. To my surprise, my salesman didn't have the decency to hand my keys off nor review all items were in working order before I drove off and after i purcahsed a $40k vehicle. After a short time in finance (the reason for an inflated 3 star review), my truck was waiting DIRTY and I had to find a salesman to retrieve my keys. ONLY my complaints about mud on the exterior and grime on the interior were actions taken to correct the blunder. Not once, while I waited for the truck to be washed, did ANYONE (much less a sales mgr) approach me. Remember, the original salesman? No where to be found. He vacated the premises. I get it. I didn't buy a $100k Audi. But, I did bring $25k cash and a total of $40k. The least one could expect is a car delivered clean from THE salesman. Disappointed!
