Did a lease buyout. Yury and his crew made the experience quick and easy to execute; all with an excellent sense of professionalism. We have had several BMW purchases in my family, and my experience with the Monrovia team has absolutely reset the standard! When I knew it was time to upgrade my current vehicle, I sent a few inquiries out to my closest dealerships. I was disappointed at the lack of follow through, especially as a loyal BMW customer. I should have reached out to Monrovia first. Yury, Ron, Malcolm and their entire team were nothing short of phenomenal. From the selection process, financing, and onboarding of my new 330, these gentleman not only made the entire experience seamless, but enjoyable and a happy reminder of why I continue to stay loyal to the brand. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything that was not aligned with what I was looking for, and Yury helped me work out a deal that was better than I could have hoped for. He is genuinely one of the best people that I have ever met with BMW. While I have a good amount of time to enjoy my brand new 330, I know without a doubt that I will only return to Yury and Monrovia!
