The fun and great experience at MB Fremont started with a phone call and emails correspondence with Gary Mead, he coordinated and arranged everything. Gary is very reliable. That even though we drove about 6 hours to and from Fremont everything was smooth. Kenny Ma did a good job too, very professional and helpful in many ways.

Fastest Lease-Swap Experience ever

I am currently leasing my 3rd MB. The usual MO for these interactions is that I would spend hours at the dealership finding a car with the features I wanted, haggling over the price (including having the SA verify with their manager), going through a credit check, and finally getting a "hard sell" of extended warranty, tire protection, etc. I generally leave exhausted. Working with Charlotte Riles was a complete 180 experience. She was very clear and direct by email and phone and arranged everything AHEAD of time. My physical time at the dealership was < 40 min door-to-door. Everything was smooth, efficient, and pleasant with no pressure tactics. In fact the price I paid actually ended being LESS than what was quoted which was pleasant surprise. I plan on only using FJM @ Fremont from here on out.

Thanks Andrew B. helped us to purchased a new 2022 GLE 350 4Matic. He is very knowledgeable and provide us valuable suggestion. He help us test drive, pick/select the model, showed the autonomous parking, explain/show the lot of features of the SUV. He helped us till 8pm when we drive the new SUV out of the building. A very nice, patient person.

When we arrived, Tito Talampas greeted us with such enthusiasm and open arms. He was super accommodating and nice. He was very genuine and real from the start. He asked us what we are looking for in a car and what we are most interested in. He showed us the first car and we automatically fell in love. We didn’t look at any other car. We instantly knew we wanted it. Tito was so amazing! When I tell you he’s the truth, he is! He was so patient, he didn’t rush the process and made the whole thing an experience. I would definitely come back here again and get my car. Please refer to Tito as your salesperson- he will not disappoint! Purchased GLS450. Muzamil was able to get a car that fit my requirements. All the price and delivery discussions were over the phone and email/text. Very prompt and friendly.
