Monarch Ford has been who we trust for purchasing both new and used vehicles for our family for generations. When I was considering trading in my current Ford vehicle, Monarch Ford was the only dealership I wanted to work with. They did not disappoint. This is the 5th vehicle we've purchased from Monarch Ford in 3 years and we recommend them to others all of the time. Thank you for yet another amazing product and wonderful experience!

Chase and Cesar were exemplary in their customer service and I had fun buying a car vs having a low blood sugar problem because I had to navigate through a 4 hour process! So I am more than thrilled to recommend Monarch Ford to anybody who wishes to buy a vehicle from them.

Sedan vs Escape

This is our 7th vehicle from Monarch Ford, all with the same salesperson. Frank Perkins. Frank is knowledgeable and is always willing to listen to your wants and needs. We owned a 2001 Escape and had thought of a 4 door sedan rather than another SUV. Frank let us look around and when we tried the car, we immediately decided it was going to be another Escape. We were happy with our 2001, and never had any problems. The 2015 is much more sleek and rides like a car, unlike our 2001, the first year Ford made the Escape. They only thing my husband does not like about the new Escape is where Ford placed the battery. It is not easily accessible. It is recommended that the battery be replaced every 4 years, so you are not stranded somewhere with a dead battery and unable to change it. There is room for 5 adults, and rear storage. It no longer comes with a sliding cover in the rear storage area, but we will be purchasing one in the future. The privacy windows do make it difficult for anyone to see inside the rear storage and rear seats. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Guess SUVs are for us. The confinement of a car and difficulty for us of getting in and out made our new Ford Escape the perfect choice for us.

Great service

Just went out to "LOOK" and 3 hours later I drove away with a brand new F-150 . Caesar was very helpful in instructing me with all the new electronics that I was unfamiliar with. In all it was a very pleasant experience .

I appreciated the genuinely friendly and casual tone of the dealership. I like that the sales staff is attentive and really listens to what I have to say. They showed me that they wanted to earn my business by really meeting my needs. They never backtracked on their word and delivered the deal for me exactly as we agreed on. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me in anyway. I will definitely return to Monarch Ford in the future.

Frank Perkins and the finance coordinator, Chance, were very helpful in finding me what I wanted in my new car as well as finding a way that would make it affordable to my budget. They took the extra time and went beyond my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and LOVE driving my new car!

I purchased a F-150 from Monarch Ford last week and the customer service was well above par from everyone that I worked with. They definitely lived up to their reputation. All of my questions were fully answered in a friendly and professional manner. I feel as if my truck was tailored to my needs throughout the process and I never felt as if I was being sold a vehicle to meet someone's quota. I would definitely recommend Monarch Ford to my friends and family- Monarch has earned my trust.

I went to Monarch with a set budget in mind and Chance did a fantastic job getting me into the best car for my price range. I love my 2015 Ford Fusion and I couldn't be happier with the service and customer care I received by the staff at Monarch!

Walked my wife and I through every need WE had and presented vehicles that matched our needs. They did not, in any way, push us to buy what was on the lot. We found that in almost every other dealership we visited. They honestly wanted to be certain we were happy. Fair market value was offered for our trade-in and they left no question unanswered.
