Smoothing Out The Bumps

Took our Ford Edge in for Oil Change and Warranty Transmission Oil Leak repair. Monarch provided a nice new loaner vehicle. Turns our Ford does not have the repair kit available for Transmission leak repair. Returned loaner Car, will have to return when repair kit arrives. Yes it's a small hassle BUT, Monarch has been VERY GOOD at minimizing that hassle. Today's Vehicles are complicated machines and problems will arise. The important thing is what does your Dealership do to smooth out the bumps. Monarch is Great at smoothing out those bumps. And did I mention They Give You FREE ICE CREAM.

Positive Resolution Of Customer Service

I had a bad experience with the service manager who told me some blatant lies about the cost of my replacement engine and cabin air filters for my 2014 Kia Soul. Upon my negative review the management at Monarch Ford in Exeter, Ca. personally contacted me and more than satisfactorily resolved the situation. The customer service at Monarch Ford is truly first class and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for first class, excellent service Richard Dickens

The staff is always helpful and accommodating. I got a flat tire..I towed my car to monarch ford where they put on two new tires and found that my brakes were bad also. They got me in the next day for my brakes. They are very thorough. I really appreciate Gary McGee and Glen weaver who always look out for me..along with their team of highly qualified help. :)

Scheduled an appointment to have the 25000 mile service done on our 2016 Edge. Arrived at appointment time where we were greeted as usual with a smile by John "one of the Best Service people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with" Monarch performed the Required service while the Wife and I enjoyed a pleasant walk down Main Street EXETER for some of the Best Pizza at VIP Pizza about a block from the Dealership. Strolled back to Monarch where our Edge was ready to go.

Sedan vs Escape

This is our 7th vehicle from Monarch Ford, all with the same salesperson. Frank Perkins. Frank is knowledgeable and is always willing to listen to your wants and needs. We owned a 2001 Escape and had thought of a 4 door sedan rather than another SUV. Frank let us look around and when we tried the car, we immediately decided it was going to be another Escape. We were happy with our 2001, and never had any problems. The 2015 is much more sleek and rides like a car, unlike our 2001, the first year Ford made the Escape. They only thing my husband does not like about the new Escape is where Ford placed the battery. It is not easily accessible. It is recommended that the battery be replaced every 4 years, so you are not stranded somewhere with a dead battery and unable to change it. There is room for 5 adults, and rear storage. It no longer comes with a sliding cover in the rear storage area, but we will be purchasing one in the future. The privacy windows do make it difficult for anyone to see inside the rear storage and rear seats. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Guess SUVs are for us. The confinement of a car and difficulty for us of getting in and out made our new Ford Escape the perfect choice for us.
