onWe were very disappointed to find this dealer engaging in extremely unethical behavior. In short, it was a bait and switch, where they wouldn't honor the price on the online deal sheet unless we bought about $6k to 7k of add ons and warranties that we didn't want. I initially called and spoke to their salesman Leo who told me that they were selling for MSRP, and that the price I saw online was what I would pay. He also said that if we had good credit (ours is exceptional) then we could get 2.49% APR for 60 months through Toyota financing. Then after we got there and test drove, their manager Iran told us that because we were getting a great deal by getting MSRP we had no choice but to finance through them and had to pay 5.99% APR. They also wouldn't let us pay through our credit union. He also insisted we pay for a lot of miscellaneous services that weren't on the deal sheet like nitrogen in tires and door knob guards. Finally, their finance manager Michael insisted that we buy $850 gap insurance and a nearly $4k warranty from Total Care Auto. I asked if we could buy a Toyota Factory warranty from them instead and he refused. I then said that was alright and that we'd just buy the warranty from Toyota afterwards. He then said that he would have to check whether management would still sell us the car and came back after checking to tell me that management refused to sell the car to us unless we bought all of these add-ons and their warranty. Complete waste of an evening; I expected better from a Toyota dealer!

Terrible experience with this dealership.

onDon't use this dealership. Met with salesperson to hold an incoming car. Three days later car arrived and salesman called us to come in. On way to dealership (same day - 4 hours later) and another salesman called to say don't bother coming in, they just sold the car its first come first served. Sales Manager was no help. Reaffirmed what the second salesman had said and they sold the car out from under us. Asked to complain to the owner and the Manager said, "Larry H. Miller is dead, good luck with that one." Purchased the same car, that day at Glendora Toyota. Didn't have to deal with unethical, lying individuals out to make a fast buck. No long term customer commitment. Too bad, I had heard better about this dealership.

onThe salesman Chris was attentive and listen to our wants and needs. Worked with us to get the deal we wanted along with sales m as manager. I was not feeling well so they expedited the paperwork nag reduce the time spent. All and all I would recommend this dealership.

onwent there to look at a new car that I am extremely familiar with and have done good research on it wanted to buy and new car to replace the new one I just lost. bottom line this dealership is expensive and at least 2k more than nearby dealerships for the exact same car. onGreat experience. He honored the truecars app agreement and didnt try any funny business. Felt like a friend was helping me with the sale, really. Didnt try to push. He explained how things work and let me make the decisions. He even quoted two different examples of how much payments would be if i leased or financed. Went to look at hondas at the closest honda dealership and was really considering it. Till the guy was like look at this fancy stuff and look at this fancy stuff. Big woop. The kiss of death was when i said i had to think about it. He went inside to grab a card and instead someone else came out to try to see if he could talk me into a deal. I call those the sharks. Lol. I bet they even refered to me as the "MARK" lol. Jk. I like to shop for deals like everyone else and if i feel being pushed then i shut down, period. I walk away at that point. Went to toyota of corona to "browse" didnt even plan on bying, but before i did i went to my truecar app on my phone and got a few quotes from different dealers. Soon after the calls began and my email blew up from many dealers try to compete to give me the best deal. I followed up with the one that looked more decently priced. So thats when i say i went to browse. Ask staright for questions. Price, how to qualify for the 0% finance since they had a promo and on top of that my quote on my phone on my truecar app. I looked at the toyota corolla sport premium edition since it came fully loaded and only model with the moon roof. It was about 23,900 for it. He said to be honest for that i would might like the camry its bigger but only stock options and no premium features. Like the reverse camera or the GPS with free traffic info or the leather seats or the seat warmers or even the push start with the keyless entry all touch sensor to get inn the car. XM radio stations and i was impressed how the radio scans for all the stations available and then puts them in categories like R&B , rock, easy listening or old-school etc. I currently bot apple car stereo for my jeep and it dosent even compare to this. So N-E Ways it was 23, 900 ish. My truecar app game me on online certificate for the same car for 20, 300 ish. I was like come on really there going to drop 4, 000 of the car just like that. Well i kid you not they did. With the 0% financing. Yup i am so happy. All said and done you still have to finsh with all the paper work and processing fee and pay the state tax and first months payment and gap if you chose to get it. At the end it was 21, 300. Remember i wasnt planning on getting a car so i didnt have any cash so they give you the option of putting the taxes and first monts bill and etc. in your monthly payment. I said sure why not. I did drop 2,000 down to make the credittors trust me lol. Credit score wasnt bad but have been working on it for a while. When they ran it it said 701 just burly on the good credit side. All i can say is that im happy with my purchase and didnt feel like i left with a bad taste in my mouth. The dealer that helped me was named Geremy and he didnt make me feel like i was wasting his time or give me a bad vibe. I dont know what else to say but just i hope this review helps others. Did i mention my jeep 2004 so its been 12 yrs since i had a new car. Im excited. Driving it everywere. He he and gas saving $$

Quality and helpful salesman

onThere were a few bumps in the road as far as getting the truck to me but other than that they did include an added bonus for the hassle and salesman Craig Johnson did an excellent job keeping me up to date and did the best he could to get me the best deal possible.
