Quality has definitely gone down

onOverall I’m pretty upset with concord Honda services. I purchased warranty with my vehicle when I purchased it back in 2016 and I was repeatedly told I didn’t have any so it felt like a waste of money. Fast forward to 2024 I get told that I actually did have warranty the whole time and it expired in 2022. There was nothing offered to me for this mistake other than “oh sorry the person who told you you didn’t have warranty was a b***” now my ac compressor went out and I’m being charged a ridiculous amount because it is not covered by any type of warranty. How does the ac compressor go out on a car that is less than 10 years old? I’ve repeatedly had ac issues with my vehicle. I thought Honda was supposed to be reliable but now I will make sure my next vehicle is a Toyota

onExcellent customer service. Kenji the service advisor that I had a pleasure with working with was the most helpful and honest person to work when bringing in my pilot for service. Also had a pleasure with working Tim the service manger. Tim came out of his way to talk to me about the situation that my vehicle was encountering and make sure the vehicle was going to be fixed in a matter of time and he did.

2023 Honda Accord

onI recently had my both of my cars, 2023 Accord and 2023 CRV's oil changed at Concord Honda service center, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and they completed the service quickly and efficiently. Not only did they change the oil, but they also checked other vital fluids and components, providing me with peace of mind. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of a reliable and hassle-free oil change service.

Extended service delay

onTook my car in on a Friday for an oil change. Was told it would take 2hrs. They mentioned that my shocks needed replacing so I OK'd that. 2hrs pass and I ask for the shuttle to take me home because I figure they need more time and I have to get to work. As I'm leaving I get stopped by the Honda worker and am told they're missing a part for the shocks and that they'll have it tomorrow (Saturday). I say OK and agree to let them hold my car until the next day. It was an major inconvenience because I had a wedding dress fitting appointment on Saturday and needed my car to drive to it. I get a call Saturday and they said they got the parts but it was still missing a piece and with the Easter holiday, they wouldn't get it until Tuesday. I say OK and they continue to keep my car. Tuesday comes around and at noon I ask when my car will be ready because I have a dr appt later that day and need to be able to drive to it. They call me back and say they still don't have the part and it's a critical part and my car is already taken apart and now we have to wait to see if the part will deliver the next day (Wednesday). The whole experience was incredibly frustrating especially because I incurred extra costs for having to Uber around everywhere for my dr appointment and dress fitting. (About $200 in Ubers). Then when I finally am able to pick up my car, I contact them to schedule a shuttle to pick me up at 11:30. And when I get there, the person I've been working with is out in lunch. Overall just extremely disappointing service. Sandra was kind and I know a lot of this was out of her hands. But I'm worse off for having taken my car here. In top of that, I got my car back and there was black stuff on the inside of the car. Like they got the inside dirty with something?
